Ok Guys what is the honest consensus on HE1's next RNS, fly higher than a Zeppelin Aircraft or crash and burn like a Zeppelin aircraft? What we don't need is a desperate wishy washy well we need more data to truly say what we have. If it is a stonking RNS will it tickle 3p or blast beyond as all the over excited mob return with the winnings from the last push?

The last good news RNS sent sp up from 8p to 25p and apart from a moderate delay in making the FDA submission they haven't really done anything wrong. FDA have asked for a DeNovo first in class submission which normally lasts 150 days unless they require more evidence etc that puts us at 27th April or before. Sp changes rapidly on small volumes so we are expecting big rises on news. However 3 months wait on AIM is far too long for todays market. Tro and I believe 3p-3.5p-4p would be a pedicted bottom. However we cannot discount other news at any time such as sales and collaboration updates but FDA approval is the sp mover we are waiting for.

Yes of course we can do it with virtual purchases, sorry I was getting excited that some of Tro's magic fairy dust might have rubbed off on me for a big win LOL. Absolutely fine with that idea but people should state when they effectively buy and what time and sp and state that on the same day to avoid sneaky trades made in hindsight.

I have held a few since IPO and initially chased it down as it is considered a long term hold for me. However having learnt in the HE1 University of hard knocks I am seeking a completely separate side bet which is what we are talking about now. I did have a small purchase at 4.4p the other day but in fairness that was attached to my previous holding. Therefore it is game on as from Monday 5th February 8pm. All are welcome and can help out with research and valid inputs or P-ss takes as and when but gentleman virtual handshake to the honourable winner and Geni Jedi title. Nobody has to declare the amounts purchased but the date, time and sp just for verification if you feel that infos suitable.

For all newcomers to the game it looks like FDA approval for CardioInCode score kits is due between now and Early Q2 as much as we know at this time. Recent open offer was for 5p and CEO took 1000,000 for £50K (Better than HE1 £18K Combined). Troajan has confirmed my thoughts that current sp looks like a bear trap but with very small free float and daily transactions it will be hard to call the bottom (Unless you are Geni Jedi Master).

Troajan I will be watching very closely to see if you eventually buy any Geni shares and if you hit the absolute low then you will become my new share purchasing Jedi Master. I had a number of shares trapped in at a much higher price Dai which I just left in so hoping for a little money back on them. I shifted a couple of grand across when sp was 0.2p but didn't press buy as I felt completely drained and sha-ted by the BOD and my trust in the whole thing had collapsed. MOTO don't get emotionally attached to the story but trade the waves. One thing it has done is to sharpen my reflexes and harden my attitude with AIM stocks so that has to be good for the future and on here you will see how I get on with that LOL. Cheers Swissy

There should be plenty wanting a slice from our expanding pie.

@Dai, I feel exactly the same about QED as I did come out yesterday morning at a small loss. We can always buy back in if news drops but funding cannot be that far away Dai and as you say it would be just our luck. I'm still in HE1 for my wows but the wait to find out there will definitely be sooner either way. Keep some powder dry is my new MOTO! Take care Swissy.

It reminds me a bit of when I was in a car dealership years ago in my youth and nothing was happening so at the sale meeting you tell the sales manager that you have several customers on the go and not far off buying a new car just because you posted out a handful of brochures. That should keep him off my back for a while and carry on drinking coffee. JM reminds me of that lost sales man clinging to every phone call from potential customers and putting them down as a hot lead when it was a simple inquiry and nothing else.

3p puts us equivalent to cash in the bank or there about so would be looking like a bargain and in bear trap ready for a big bounce on news. Money on AIM is flying around into quick return stocks at the moment in the drilling / mining sectors but our day will come. look it as a game in trying your hardest to buy at the best price and relax until early Q2 (or before if lucky) for the news that we all want. There doesn't appear that any particular event or news except slight delay that is causing the current sp so I'm not reacting adversely but taking advantage as and when I have funds. Just following progress on GenInCode and topped up a few more today as sp dropped approx 19% below the recent 5p raise price when even the CEO took £50K worth along with other directors at various amounts. The last buys were made at 4.2p and I think this is a good LTH however with FDA approval not until early Q2 and with low trade volumes this could go down further before then so could be worth watching as it gets into bargain territory as 3p would give a MCap of about £5.3M which is about equivalent to cash holdings. I have a very small amount left for a last purchase but will play a game and try and catch the absolute bottom price for once lol. DYOR Swissy.

Thanks for your honesty Dai and I am seriously thinking of jumping with a small loss as if there is a raise you can buy back in if you want. It is a fantastic product that deserves to be lifted into commercial production and if we had money for 6-10 months ahead I would stay put. Would you bother buying back in after a raise? @Dai, I have been sat on my QED shares waiting for the tripartite deal to be signed and as always nothing seems to be happening which is a regular frustration with QED. What are your thoughts on fund raising shortly and how do you think it will affect the share price and do we get out now to buy back in cheaper afterwards. There can only be 8-10 weeks of funds left so a raise should be due soon as Morocco hasn't given us a life line and Valkour is tied up with licence issues. I don't think that it will be a big raise as just enough to stretch a few more months operationally and as there are so many long term holders willing to wait for the golden egg to arrive perhaps a raise isn't a problem. was just wondering what your thoughts and plans are?. I agree with the lack of investor communications but still feel that this is a winner longer term. I also feel that our CEO is actually busy on his feet and actually flat out speaking to our tier 1 potential medical institutions in the USA and ironing out any FDA requirements as they arise. We have a small team with big potential so time company time is stretched. We know this share is under the radar and that De Novo application timescale while also stretch into early Q2 so lets not panic and accumulate if possible before news at these very cheap prices in IMO but everybody do you own thing. I know that we are closer than ever now and I would have filled my boots at this price 2 years ago. DYOR and GLA Swissy.

Reading through the two articles below and without and further evidence needed by FDA accessors and taking 29th November 2023 as De Novo application start date then the 150 anticipated days would take us towards 27th April 2024 early Q2 for approval. However we had our initial 510K application submitted on 16th August 2023 in which case we could have expected approval anytime now, although I am expecting early Q2 and will happily wait expecting no major delays. It does appear a great buy in price especially this close and being a long term holder averaging down. GLA and lets hope that any sales updates are highly positive, cheers Swissy.

That sounds like a positive way to go Troajan as price could easily hang around at these levels until a lot closer to anticipated approval date. This has always been a lower volume traded share with a relatively low free float so when things happen they can happen quickly with big daily surges but that is a risk we all take with AIM. Unless the BOD give us a sales revenues update before approval to give the sp a poke then it could all be down to an RNS out of the blue. If anything is apparent in todays market then it is to take care and don't be rushed into emotive decisions. Let me know if you see any indicators turn positive on your system. Hi Troajan this was an earlier post I did on Geni BB regards the last investor meet presentation including some points that give me confidence as well as The CEO suggesting that revenues growing at 100% or even greater. The sp went from 8p to 25p when the licence to open a CLIA lab in California was granted last year but the pending FDA approval to sell a Kit form of CardioInCode is expected end of Q1 early Q2 2024. This has always been the big target to hit. Geni are expecting to be break even in 2025 and the last raise was to see through to this stage. The revenues have been low partly because CIC has been given out to High Tier institutions on a consultants experience programme and has been readily adopted so when FDA approval comes in revenues could grow extremely rapidly as the cost of CIC Kit is very attractive to the cost of traditional clinical score tests but offers so much more.

Some exciting points that I took as highly positive from The Investor Meet Half Year results presentation:

1) Publication by the American heart Association (AHA) supporting the introduction of Polygenic Testing for CVD.

2) Inclusion in Clinical Lab Fee Schedule (CLFS) of $760 /test for CIC.

3) Average US reimbursement for LIPID inCode of $1200.

4) NHS NE contributions to grow in H2 as well as those from German Dresden collaboration.

5) Kaiser Permanente publications on CIC going into top journals as from next week supporting effectiveness and feasibility of our products to our direct market base.

6) Early access product adoption with 20-30 accounts of high and mid tier institutions across USA per quarter. On average these early access accounts are converting into fee paying accounts within 6 months from introduction with a very high percentage conversion.

7) Ultimately there is a service available market in US of $240m for LipidinCode and $4-5Bn for CardioinCode.

8) Agreed NHS Implementation with NE AHSN which can and should lead to funding being ring fenced to expand into further AHSN regions and we have on going negotiations.

9) Inflationary costs affecting our products have been passed onto customers without resistance.

10) Sales team in US are converting early access institutions at a good rate such that when FDA approval for CIC Kit comes in then revenues and customer support will have been generated to a high degree 'before the event' which could lead us into a modest market raise of suggested £8M for outright launch of our products and services. (We now know this was just over £4M which suggests that revenues could be starting to support cash flows. I know that the retail offer was not very well supported by private investors but it was over Christmas week, however BOD did extended their skin in the game).

Sorry for the long winded post but difficult to explain without the detail. Basically you have a chance to buy in before the expected approval & sales growth but that is the risk 5p I am taking. DYOR an
