Dai, just to keep finger on the pulse the FDA note CardioinCode first in class submission and deep clinical evidence for Polygenic risk assessment of CHD. Therefore they request a transition to a DeNovo pathway enabling GeninCode to work with FDA due to the products favourable benefit-risk profile to help set a new regulatory standard forfeiture polygenic tests in this class.

Yes Dai from 20th Sept Interim results presentation. I would take a trade position on it but have started extending the house and the other half would not be happy. Originally I was hoping to flip HE1 proceeds across so I won't hold my breath. What did you think of the QED presentation today? GENI down another 7.41% today on 14,415 shares sold and 126 shares Bought. Tiny volumes and big movements. They are talking about an £8 million raise being needed for the sales push on FDA approval but not sure if it will be required just prior or after approval hence the SP drop I believe. It would still look like a potential big bounce when approval arrives as BOD are strongly suggesting it will be the last raise required on projections and breakeven with sales in 2025 and profit generating in 2026. I am a long term holder so am ignoring the current sp but don't know if I could resist monitoring it closely between now and February 202 if Iwasn't already in! GLA and DYOR Swissy.

Yes Dai, Geni has revenues from Europe and UK already especially with Lipidincode and Cardioincode tests in Spain. German third party is currently in collaboration and has taken it earlier this year. The Big prize is USA with cardioincode as market size is in the Billions. The BOD took extra time before submission as the pre submission board wanted the test to under go scrutinisation in several state primary medical institutions which the test passed admirably. The CardioinCode test is a first in class hence the careful approach to submission. The delay in application for Cardio meant that the LIpidInCode test was pushed ahead as the FDA had a ready need for it and it can be processed at favourable costs compared to existing tests and this is also the case in the UK. The main point here is that all research costs have been done so any future raise will literally be for a massive sales push and so low risk. I'm not trying to recommend a long hold approach like I have taken but you saw the large bounce on news with the CLIA lab licence in Irvine California but I feel that the FDA bounce could be much larger potentially and you could have the opportunity for a medium term quick buck. I have been wrong before (HE1) but the strategy with GENI is very professional. Submission was in August and is expected to be 6 months so could land in the next few months. Take a look guys and pull my theory apart but it could be an opportunity. DYOR and GLA Swissy.

That is another 7% that you can claw back then Dai, LOL! There are not that many regular posts on the Geni BB in fact a lot of them are mine but it does move big % on low volumes. I am in long so don't respond with anxiety or stress at share price movements with this one as I really believe in the product, BOD and the plan of action. However I can only wish that my holding averaged theses levels so I thought I would share that with you guys. Keep a watch on it but it could pop big time on news of FDA approval. Hi Guys, I know this is effectively a Pharma stock but as it is one of my holdings and I keep an eye on it regularly then I wanted to share my thoughts and any of yours.

Geni applied for FDA Approval on its CardioInCode Score testing in August and results of that application are due early to mid Q1 2024 (Not long now!). There are revenues coming in already from the Lab based tests but this is for the Pack derivative of the test which has increased margins at sale and will allow hundreds of other Clia labs around the USA to perform the test. This has and is being readily adopted by many tier one medical institutions already on a consultants experience programme and should be readily adopted commercially. Management are talking about being breakeven by 2025. Now Geni has a relatively small share float with BOD having good skin in the game and appear to me as some of the most professional I have experienced on AIM.

The BOD have stretched the initial IPO Funding to 3 years and I believe will try and keep things going along nicely until FDA approval but will then need to raise for the big sales push into 2024. There is no suggestion of the size of raise at present but it will mostly be used to directly generate an increase in sales so I don't see it as a negative. The share price makes big gains and losses on small numbers of transactions and went increased 175% one day on Clia lab approval some months back but has subsequently dropped back, I guess to the worries of a raise although on small transaction numbers. I know there is always a concern regards FDA Approvals but the board has been thorough and delayed application by directly approaching any initial concerns by the pre application board and as such my own fears about it are minimal.

Therefore is there a great opportunity at these ridiculously low SP levels to bag some profits over the next few months? Well, obviously any cash raise must be monitored and this may not have to be done with new shares as there where suggestions of other finance routes and even tie ins with Pharma companies, but I still feel a great opportunity exists and the situation as an investor should be monitored closely. I just wanted to give an early heads up to anybody interested to take a further look as there could be a good bounce on news and would appreciate any ideas that you have. HI Dai, a little offering of good news ref Morocco ref Msar and BioMsar trials being successful and nice to know that when being pushed to 100% of the factory units out put it was equivalent to the demand from a small to medium sized container vessel. This must bode well for the MSC trials to start early next year!!!!!!! We need some hope to guide use through this AIM Gloom. Are you still holding QED? GLA all Swissy.

WOW just sat down for the first time today and was blown away by the quality of most of the posts on todays BB. Wow Dai that was an interesting video and shows us all how complex the drilling process is when fully lining the well and also where much of the cost is accounted for. I'm sure that our down time won't be for long and is a slight frustration rather than a calamity. Lets hope that they can get down to this now deeper TD in basement and let them fill in the missing jigsaw pieces with a successful wire line operation. GLA LTH Swissy.

Safestyle is not looking good right now as they rely on a substantial increase in business as weather turns colder to give them a seasonal sales boost. I'm guessing that the particularly wet weather is not helping and it seems that construction and general building projects are on a downturn at the moment. If you had to hand over a large deposit on your replacement window order then you might be concerned at the moment. I noted Safestyle a few weeks back but happy I didn't buy at the time expecting a short term up tick in sp as it has only gone down since.

Hi Dai, I was reading Noble's BB on Hot Copper checking for updates on spud date for them and one poster suggested that they may be sharing BH team from HE1 site when they are finished at Tai C. I don't know if that has any truth to it or just speculative thinking as spud has not materialised there yet. The fact that we had a delay might explain why they haven't started yet and would also suggest that they are still at Tai C. Can't believe we are still waiting for news but lets hope it is positive when it comes. GLA Swissy.

do you think that the board director changes could be good news i.e. the last time they did it was to have a team oil and gas biased and that seems to have move tai c along in a ore professional manner with higher standards all round. perhaps they are looking at the next stage and need good negotiators in farm out processes and cash financing after discovery.........which could have happened in the last few days!!!!! obviously we know nothing as manuel would say to basil fawlty but somebody knows something and there must be a need and that need seems to have arisen suddenly and required such actions. next week will either be fun or a complete **** up but it will be nice to know either way. best of luck everybody, cheers swissy.

A pure guess Dai would be 3p as there will be some good data come out from this drill and hype that Itumbula has strong Helium shows at surface and was probably a better bet after all etc etc. The problem comes with the necessity to do another raise after duster news at Tai and I wouldn't like to guess how low it could go with that scenario but 2p at a guess. We would need to turn ourselves into an oil and gas drilling company and get the rig rented out asap lol. Bl---dy hell lets hope for good news next week!

Thanks guys for taking the time to post your thoughts in detail as it is very much appreciated. I am still under water on HE1 despite reducing my holding price over the last 2 years when I could. I never thought you would be able to buy in under 5p during drilling without a catastrophic event and the rig breakdown didn't really justify that as it wasn't a major unlike the downhole issues we had at Tai 1.

My position is making me want to sell out if my breakeven price is reached (9.4p) but my dilemma is if that price was to be reached momentarily on a discovery but before commerciality has been proven then am I selling out too soon? Throughout the past 2 years there has seemingly always been an opportunity to buy back in later with this share and I personally think another raise will happen before Itumbula is drilled and rainy season approaching allowing fo enough uncertainty for sp to drop and a return buy in if I wanted.

Regards to a farm out or off take agreement at what point during discovery do these usually take place i.e. is it possible before Itumbula is drilled without commercial flow rates proven at Tai C? If the answer is most likely not until after proven reserves at both sites then I would sell out and decide to buy back in later. Any de-risking strategy would be made purely on the size of any sp rise if and when it happens.

Hi Legalwolf is your finger hovering over the HE1 buy button in anticipation for D day next week if early results are declared? I know that you have said you are wanting to buy back in after a de-risking discovery is declared but I would be interested to learn at what point going forward your strategy would allow you to buy and commit i.e. if early He shows are declared or after lab analysis declares % He or flow test results. Also what would you do if while waiting for these results they started Itumbula drill and also placed a raise before that starts for funds after the second drill? Lots of scenarios going forward I know but I'm sure you have made some plans if you feel you could share them it would help guide us with less experience.

Hi guys, obviously those still holding HE1 are now locked in for results and I was wondering what the best move would be if a great discovery is achieved. I am new to these AIM prospective stocks and so would not want to blatantly hols expecting share price to rise continually over the coming days / weeks after discovery. Having read PP's past posts it seems that long term holders of these stocks tend to see a fading SP with time after best early news is gained. I understand about derisking if my holding price allows with decent profit and a second drill is to run after Tai but surely a raise would be expected to provide funds after that ( and will this happen before the next drill?)

Would appreciate the experience and knowledge of those on this BB as I would not want to sell out too early on good results but would a further raise allow for another dip / trading opportunity as I have held steady during the last 2 years and have missed many opportunities to do so with my lack of experience with these stocks. Feel free to comment any which way you feel fit.

Hi @ Dai, I think there were 2 or 3 shows in the Karoo during Tai 1 drilling so I will wait for the big one as well and lets hope the safety valves on the BOP are working at the well head when that pressure of Helium comes rushing at them lol! News before the big one will only give the day traders another chance for profit so it won't make any difference to those holding for full results to wait a few more days. GLA Swissy.
