Hi Dia, wow that is the million dollar question as it is AIM after all. With a small free float the sp can rise and fall rapidly or rather consistently with news flow or lack off. The revenues generated in 2023 from the California lab are not supposed to be big enough to extend cash runway considerably or at all but it was declared that we have enough cash until very late into 2023. The FDA approval that will shortly be applied for in full is for the cardioincode pack which can be delivered out to labs that have suitable genetic testing equipment whereas our own lab will provide the full service available. SITAB will always deliver the results which is the same across all countries that we operate in. This would allow international Pharma companies that tie-in to be fully conversant with the results system. My feeling is that if news flows (as company suggests) continue to timelines then price would likely be supported and or even extend gains quite considerably. However if recent buyers are expecting rapid revenue growth in the short term and are then disappointed then sp may take a hit.
My take has always been that a buy out would be a possibility and I think that the biggest rise could come if they raise towards end of the year on both US and UK markets. I think that this could be positive for sp movements and could be the point or very close to the point that buyout offers would occur because if revenue streams for cardioincode strengthen into 2024 then the offer price would need to be substantial. Mathew Wall CEO and the finance director declared that they were amazed how the sp had fallen as timelines had been worked to positively and said that the sp could easy have gone as far north from IPO as it had declined. They said that they knew they had problems soon after IPO with II investors checking out early doors but since then the sp has fallen on very few transactions overall. I am hoping that the sp would make steady gains back towards IPO 40p but could easy explode if any of the news above ever materialises. Lots to consider so DYOR and GLA Swissy.

Just as an update on Geni, IG have produced an article on penny shares for investors to watch this year and they included Geni and said that there are a lot of investors talking about possible take over possibilities since the California lab has opened and revenue streams can start in 2023. With talk of future Pharma tie ins and clinicians across the USA slowly becoming familiar with the diagnostic approach and Geni's unique SITAB cloud delivery platform I can understand what the article was suggesting. With such large director and institute holdings and a relatively small free float (and an IPO price of 40p) if an outside approach ever comes then it would possible that a quick decision could be made but I don't think that they would let it go cheap with 50 million Euros of research and about a decade to get to this point.
I'm not suggesting myself that this would all happen in the near future but is a huge possibility going forward and could be just another reason why people bought in the other day and how the Geni sp could go up in big percentages at any time.
I'm just relating to points made in the IG article but wanted to highlight future possibilities, so DYOR and GLA Swissy.

Not leaky at all IMHO and have bern here since IPO. Management team are relatively small and seem to be concentrating on delivering IPO declarations regards schedules going forward and seem to adjust quickly to changes in pathway. IMHO this sp is well below where it should/ could be and should gain ground quickly with decent trade levels. It seems to have bern under the radar and with few shares available could make quick gains with any further announcements. All in my opinion so just watch Septembers investor company meet presentation and soak it up if you really want to get involved for the longer term and great graphics show suggested timelines. The California announcement didn't really come out of the blue as it was there in bold in that last presentation. GLA AND DYOR Swissy.

I would say not as the management team are relatively small and really seem to be concentrating on delivering IPO declarations on schedules etc but are always adapting to slight changes in pathway which is wonderful compared to some other holdings that I have. GLA AND DYOR Swissy.

@highenergy, I have been in this share from the start and averaged down when there have been long quiet periods and the share price has been dragged down with very few total share transactions to a point where we were trading below cash in the bank. Then some great news and away she blew. Yes the SP will always fluctuate but we have foundations for true progress laid already so hopefully not to far. I'm hoping that in next 2 to 3 months we will gave more positive news so who knows how high it can fly in the short term. This for me is a sit and wait share and ignore daily SP fluctuations and let the excellent management team deliver as they have suggested. Plenty of research online so DYOR and GLA, Swissy.

I think within the last RNS it suggested that full FDA submission will be in next few weeks and discussions are going on with Pharma tie ins but nothing detailed. Mr Walls just highlighted that they may soon be able to start talking about details in the short to medium term and our diagnostics should shortly be released into Germany through a third party which could be any time from now. We are also awaiting the full results of Thromboincode being able to highlight those that are most susceptible and at risk genetically to clotting after Covid infection. We also have the breast and ovarian cancer algorithm diagnostic being put through its paces. Any one of these pathways could move the SP so news is coming in the short to medium term.
The management suggested that Full FDA approval timeline would be not possible before late this year but we have started with the soft start approach with the California lab now open (a great approach) as it allows physicians to be introduced to this new diagnostic pathway before Eversana get the nod to hit it at full speed after FDA aporoval. Timelines can always move but plenty to be reported in next few months. GLA and DYOR Swissy

Invictus state that they plan to drill again in August with the Exalo Rig so no chance of them turning this rig around any quicker. Oh well nothing we didn't really expect but disappointing. Lets see what DM can come up with.

@Kevinround, yes I know what you are saying but there must be a little area on shoreline which could be flat within Noble prospect areas. I just seem to remember that in one pantomime that DM broadcast early last year, that they were looking at sharing ris costs with others but now the "others" were drilling much later in 2023 which didn't suit us at the time. I might be completely wrong but after reading thousands of posts over last 2 years it is easy to get confused as to where we are and why at this point. Laughing at myself as it has been a long day and hoping that we get updates and not the dreaded silent treatment as no holders of HE1 deserve any of that. GLA Swissy.

Don't forget that there are many other announcements in the short term that could also help the SP, such as the conversations they have been having with Pharma tie ins and the introduction through a third party of our diagnostics into the German market. Tell you what Dai for some time now I have a suspicion that we have been delayed so that we can hook up with Noble on the Rigs and services side to cut costs as I believe the nearest prospect they have is only 30Km from Tai (I think they said that on the last RNS from Noble) but DYOR. It would fall into drilling season weather and DM loves a cost saver that is for sure. It might be the most profound suggestion but no worse that the rest. I'm still holding out for the ultimate potential here but boy they don't make it easy. Patience Swissy.

I don't know if we had a need for a leak because the last Investor company meet presentation clearly illustrated all timelines and where any investor value should be gained. They did this because nobody could really calculate why the share price was so 'artificially ' low for no apparent reason and they kept reiterating that short term announcements should address the SP problems. Like I have said there are more to come in next few months and any one of them could be worth a further spike especially now they are not under the radar.
I actually stressed my interest in the company at its IPO on the HE1 forum during some of our dull waiting days (More to come?) when we were all swapping share ideas. I bought in early and averaged down over time almost during long waits when there was no action and hardly any trades most days.
This hasn't been an exciting roll coaster share to keep entertainment values up but that has been a relief some days holding HE1 as my second largest holding. This was my early entry attempt at a Warren Buffett style stock pick when he says you have to believe in what your company is selling, they have the right management and that they have market advantages to help it surge. Cheers Dia, but realistically these rises in Geni are corrections back to where it should really be anyway, in fact if it went up another 100% in a blink it would not be surprising. We were told that Pharma tie ins are in discussion and that these could possibly be disclosed in the short termed also our product will enter the German market through an establised third party which could be declared very soon. Also the research results to show that our Thromboincode can help diagnose those that are susceptible genetically to Covid derived blood clotting . This was not even on the radar for thromboincode as a product but results during Covid showed very promising correlations. The problem we have had with FDA submission is literally because these diagnostics are a first in class so coding for reimbursement has to be formulated for cardioincode and as a company in their current offerings are about 10 years ahead of anything considered to be a rival due to proof of research timing. The company had spent circa 50million euros and numerous years in research before IPO listing on AIM. They only wanted £15 million which was nearly all for the big push into the USA Market. The fact that all of the research costs had been previously funded with a small free float of shares made it seem an absolute bargain to me and in my view still is over the medium to long term. There is bound to be profit taking tomorrow and why not but it dropped on such low trade numbers before so in my view can bounce just as hard the other way. My alert just blreeped and GeninCode now up over 177% so Happy New year. There is talk of 50p by posters as Wall street buyers like to buy up those operating on hone turf. More stimulating short term announcements to come as per last investor meet. A lot of these shares may well become sticky as holders know of small free float and heavily invested directors and huge American market. On FDA approval ( if an when) with market impregnation of cardioincode then brokers shortly after IPO showed SP valuations of around £1.75. Yes a lot of hurdles to cross but this will get noticed now. I haven't had many good share rides in 2022 so lets hope my main players can score a winning goal.

As a heads up GeninCode had IPO of about 40p and at numerous investor meet presentations reiterated that they had delivered what they said they would and time lines have only deviated as normal under FDA submission applications. He said out loud that it could easily have gone as far to the positive and couldn't understand that it hadn't. Even the finance director smirked at the fall in SP. They said that they were not worried as delivering on future updates would in their opinion rectify this correction. Their presentations detail and industry knowledge are amazing and non executive board are from the top of the tree. Take a look and DYOR guys but I for one was convinced a long time ago. Well we still have the cash and we have to drill at some point this year so I will be holding for now. Thank goodness I kept Diversified and my biggest holding is in GeninCode which has got off to a flyer today. Now that management team is so strong and only about 90 million free shares that any further announcements will continue the rocket ride. They have suffered funds selling recently and traded under cash in bank for no other reason. One poster said he could not buy more than 20,000 shares today. They have promised tie in's with Pharma shortly and the Full FDA submission for cardio incode ( our big one!). They have cash until mid to late 2023 and revenues now to start ahead of that. My theory is that the next cash raise will be dual listing with US market at which point I think the price could explode further. I'm hoping it is my long term hold to riches. Sorry I didn't share on this board before today but thought it was oil and gas drilling biased. Anyway lots of past Investor Meet presentations to view if you are interested so DYOR. I hope todays HE1 announcement hasn't done too much damage to you guys but I'm still long term optimistic. Cheers Swissy
