Here is a link to an article which shows that stock piling of rare-earth metals in the USA may be considered with announcements to be made possibly next week. It doesn't state if the metals have to be located domestically or sourced from other regions as the USA seeks to relinquish its dependance on China for sourcing commercial supplies. It mentions those metals used predominantly for vehicle battery manufacture and for munitions and magnets etc. It is perceived that Lithium and Cobalt will be on the list for stock piling. Could this be good news for CCZ as it seems that Australia are heading to a similar approach. Lets hope that the JORC calculations are well under way and that positive amounts could give the share price a much needed boost. GLA and DYOR.

I don't care if the image is reversed or not you have encouraged me to buy some more shares in HE1 very soon just on the back of your research efforts. SP showing 20% rise so somebody likes the results!

Fantastic detailed posts this weekend so thanks to all contributors, well done. With all of this new found gas (Helium) Chimney detail that has been exposed seemingly following fault lines how do others feel about a shallow trap drilling campaign. I like many others feel that the mother load is deep down under pressure but these helium escapes are extensive and across a diverse range of our prospect area. I don't think that David (Thrifty) Minchin will be able to resist the lower coat approach even if it was just to say told you so and facilitate another raise to expand our future campaign opportunities. Will the next RNS give us details of this as it wasn't covered so prominently in his last interview. I think he will but I would love to know others opinions.

what I like about Geni is the fact that they gave a seemingly modest valuation at IPO and raised only £17 million which was to see them through the next 18-24 months i.e. Breakthrough, De Novo application and operation in the USA. This should enable a release of Cardio in July-August 2022 (possibly slightly later). They have allowed £11.5 million as funds towards Eversanna Health performing the rollout on a 7 year contract. This contract is primarily based on a commission base but as it moves forward goes to a cost share base where Eversanna picks up 25-50% of the operational costs. This means that we do not have the extraordinary high costs of setting up office and recruiting a highly technical sales force and Eversanna have skin in the game. It will be the equivalent of Geni training 100-150 sales people but on the positive Eversanna already have the appropriate commercial doors open. As time passes and Cardio in code gets established they can introduce our other products that operate on the same SITAB cloud based system and so increase sales with diversification. At some point they then have the opportunity to take Big Pharma Opportunities to stratify patients based on targets SNP's, genes to deliver PCSK9 inhibitor and silencer therapies.

As our products roll out I am sure that Big Pharmasutical Companies will sit up a take notice of our with position with interest.
The company will be offering a whole in lab service and what they term a 'Pack' service. The 'Pack' service can be offered to institutions that have gene analytics capacity already and just want to download the results obtained onto SITAB which then calculates patient risk. At the investor Meet I asked the question that if more 'Pack' sales where requested would this affect our revenues from the sales. The reply stated that was not the case as the margins made from 'Pack' sales was roughly equivalent to those made from a full Lab service and in certain circumstances can be more. There is another reason for offering the 'Pack' service in that when applying for FDA approval they very often look at which part of the proposed offering from the applying company can be done in house i.e. by existing American Companies. This seems to fulfil that hurdle during the application process.

The final question will be the next raise (when and how much)? Well I don't think they know exactly yet and have to remain flexible in that approach but it sounds like we expect it in early to mid 2023 and my gut feeling like those of Hedgehog100 will that it happen on both American and London markets at which time we can only hope for an expected re-rate rather than suffering from dilution as interest and liquidity should hopefully be increasing incrementally.

My personal feeling is that I am invested in a very well run Company and have all the expectation of success and at current SP represents me with a great top up opportunity. GLA and DYOR Swissy.

@aprogerson, having just got home and reading todays BB I would like to express my appreciation to the work you put into your comments and share with us. We are all still reeling from the U turn that CCZ took recently and your detailed comments and analysis help us all to piece together a new and slightly more complex investment situation, many thanks.

@Hedgehog100, with ref to your last post outlining margins I would note that there was a reference to in during the investor presentation. It was suggested that Europe (mainland) is the most cost competitive market where margins are approx 50%. In the UK Lipidincode for example achieves approx 60% margin. In the USA which has the most elastic pricing structure we are looking at 60-70% and even 75% margins on our products once available to the market. It was also suggested that revenues within 5 years should be in the region of $100M. I don't know if this information helps draw up the fine picture that you were building in your last post. When I posted ref 10% the larger sale wasn't showing but a string of 5000 share sales had gone through but not a huge value possibily £9000 and that was my surprise at the SP reaction. It went down further after the big sale.

Thanks Hedgehog100 this was as I suspected but great to hear your opinion. I always knew that the free float of shares was small in relative terms and having not invested in any companies where this was the case I am not used to how price fluctuations can be manipulated without news. I totally believe in the company and cannot see that they have not stood firm on the directions and activities promised at the IPO. Just wish I could have jumped in at these prices.....I might try a persuade my partner to buy some ;) Take care and thanks again Swissy

Oxford, UK. GENinCode Plc (AIM: GENI), the predictive genetics company focused on the prevention of cardiovascular disease, announces its intention to appoint Professor Huon Gray CBE, to the Board as an independent non-executive director.
It sounds like the strength of our board is getting just about as good as it could get. Very positive appointment in my eyes and looking forward to our future. I can't wait to get commercial in the USA....exciting times ahead. GLA DYOR Swissy.

@aprogerson I totally agree that a JORC resource could be established quickly and at low cost as the statement from the NSW Gov states that it will streamlining and modernising title assessments and administration to support faster decision making. it also wants to incentivise green field exploration through dedicated funding support for early stage explorers in critical minerals. They note that there are two projects currently being developed in NSW containing cobalt intended for the battery precursor supply chain and also note that The Broken Hill regions are also highly prospective for cobalt. They will also be looking into the reprocessing of historic mine tailings such is the demand. They suggest that cobalt demand has grown 5 per cent 2017-2020 and is expected to grow by 11 per cent 2020-2025 due to use in lithium batteries.
It really does seem that we may own the resource that is in demand and that we should find ready assistance (OR LITTLE RESISTANCE) on an administration basis towards getting it out. Looking good to me but DYOR AND GLA. Swissy

I have now had time to have a quick look at he document I posted the link to earlier today and think that it is worth a read and I feel sheds lights on why CCZ management took a turn in the road earlier. NSW IS ESTABLISHING AUSTRALIA'S FIRST CRITICAL MINERALS HUB IN THE CENTRAL WEST. There is a detailed map in the doc showing existing known critical mineral locations and Broken Hill is considered highly prospective fo Cobalt, Lithium, Rare earth elements and Platinum group elements from existing records (see map). The government have released a significant amount of historic exploration data from November 2021 which further supports explorers in targeting their exploration activities. This would explain the new found data that has landed on managements laps that we can't believe that they did not already know. As well the Government is enabling more effective access to NSW geological samples in the Londonderry Core Library, to capitalise on technological advancements to enable re-evaluation of known mineral concentrations.
Coupled with this the Government also say that 80% of the land available has not been explored in that historically drill depths have only explored down to 150m and so are contributing $16 million to the development of future deep exploration technologies. Basically NSW wants to be the centre of all future battery and green technologies and is doing everything to establish technologies and supply chain and investment channels and CCZ are right in there.
I hope this gives some hope and clarity while we all reset out investment SAT NAVS regards CCZ BUT THINGS COULD BE WORSE! READ THE REPORT AS I FOUND IT USEFUL!

Here is a link to the report on Critical Minerals and high tech metals strategy for the State which may contain reasons for CCZ to turnabout with the decision on Broken Hill. Off to work early so haven't picked through it properly yet so perhaps our good board members can do that and report back. I can't quite believe the turn around myself yet and suppose we will be all digging for new info about our new direction so the report may help. On the positives the Cobalt readings are good and Ozy commentators are saying that it is easier to mine and extract and price is very good at moment but others with knowledge of Cobalt would need to expand my knowledge of its potential here. Hi Hedgehog100 you have been very busy commenting of late and I much appreciate your views. I have had the opinion that the SP will fly if they do end up listing in USA in time. There was suggestions in the Directors presentation that this was a possibility and if things go to plan we should be operating successfully in the USA by then which will prove very tempting to new money investors at that point. GENI was always a long term hold for me and I think that this strategy could pay handsomely for early investors. It has been a little disappointing that the share price has dropped since IPO as the fundamentals of the business and management have very much kept a steady course but we have been going through strange times with Covid etc. I'm still very excited at our future prospects and by Autumn (if not before) I think we will be in a very positive position. I know that there can always be some disparities in SP between London and Australia but at the close of trade in Oz we are now approx 20% behind so could be a good day today.

Up another 5.56% over night in Oz!!!!!!!

Many posters in Australia complaining of back logs at labs with one commentator saying that all 5 of his prospective exploration mining stocks have the same problem. Another holding (TTM) suggests that they have been waiting months for JORC to be formulated and samples there have been sent out to 5 external countries to try and bypass the backlogs at labs. It does suggest that what we are experiencing is common place so we must just wait patiently. GLA.

Trying to keep up with the opinions in Oz it really does seam that most new money causing higher liquidity and upward share price movement is due to the fact that many there believe assays will be good regards LITHIUM samples with many posters reflecting on the success of Core Lithium (CXO) which on google search shows SP movement of +230.95% over 1 Year and even +10.32% YTD.
Here is hoping that good assay results can firm up our SP as positive sentiment (especially in Oz) seems ready to burst on good news.......it is just the drawn out waiting and anticipation that frustrates but does help pass by the darker winter nights. GLA DYOR Swissy.
