Our political speculations are leading us astray a bit....let's remember that there have been no environmental objections presented by the CAB... I think they said No to the mine on purely cultural grounds..indirect effects is what they called it.

Aug. But I do care about the environment....I love the land, it's been my trade and livelihood. I've never been convinced that the Green Party are anything other than politicians on a save the planet band wagon. All political parties in Sweden are green and that's why I invested in an iron mine in Sweden....I also like iron and that has also been part of my livelihood.

Ibjj. Just accept this is not happening and go away then ...leave this beyond hope investment to those misguided people who are not listening to you.

I imagine the Social Democrats will be the majority party again after the election...the floating votes seem to be going to the Sweden Democrats from the other parties, as you'd expect; so it's going to be a very interesting situation. The Left is still looking strong, L

There's a bit of a clue there as to why Trump and Putin are about equally anti the EU. Please Miss, can we change our mind, in the light of....well. the light.

I'm not carrying any weapons, just indulging in a trivial exchange of ideas...we know nothing but we can wonder while we wile away the next six weeks. Then, of course there will be some clarity if not a decision, but I would expect a decision immediately if the Social Democrats are returned with a workable majority.

Whatever distinction you are making, Pocko, the civil service can only act according to the decisions that are made by the government, if the government hasn't made a decision then the civil service can't expedite it. If they had made it already then we would know about it, regardless of how long it takes to put the rubber stamp on it and put in the post.

Songs, poems, hymns, arias....to pass the next six weeks.....but no more sagas.

Well I think they committed themselves to not making any decisions about anything at the time of the no confidence vote, and they are only governing by consensus until the election...my understanding of what the PM said. Less then six weeks to go now...how time flies.
