Yes, you made a mistake about the details, and I don't intend to bore people by repeating them but the NK decision by the Supreme Court had profoundly bad consequences, unjustly for our applicationl and the decision to revoke their licence remains. The appeal was a minor issue, we have a similar issue which is the subject of an appeal and I don't know how it has turned out. And unlike frosty face I
If you mean Tasman Metals, I think you have misrepresented what happened: they appealed against the court's decision not to grant or renew (can't remember which) an exploration licence. They won their appeal but their Mining Licence was rescinded by the Supreme Court and returned to exploration status and they will have to apply again for that.

Yes, who knows what will happen, it's all in the melting pot...but the Moderate party equally has also incurred significant losses from it's 2014 position.
Don't forget, Tintin, that the Social Democrats are very much pro mining...the Greens can obstruct but they can't prevent mines in a mining country, especially state of the art, modern, green mines.
Agreed, Ed. I back up my opinion by holding on to my shares, if I thought Frosty Face's arguments had any merit I'd have been off ages ago...stands to reason doesn't it. My opinion only and I'm entitled to it, my loss if it fails other people can look to themselves.
My own feelings now are that this is well on it's way and the greens have already done their worst...they are after all very junior members of the alliance. I hope the Social Democrats will because I like them best. That's my opinion and I'm sticking to it.
O God of battles steel my solldiers' hearts Possess them not with fear Take from them now the sense of reckoning Lest the opposing numbers pluck their hearts from them.

If the Moderate Party makes an Alliance with the Sweden Democrats, then the current government could be in trouble. I trust that possibility is unlikely but who knows.
Thanks Googlebot. That could be a very risky strategy of Mr Bali's, he could lose on the swings what he gains on the roundabouts. Looking forward to the PMs speech in the North; I wonder what he will say this time about mining exploration permits, the law and politics.
