Thanks Cowfish that article is very helpful...only had time to skim through the RNS yesterday but have now read it more carefully. The competent person I see is Andrew Scogins who wrote the article. You have to be a very patient person to be a gardener...your work can't be seen until the following year or years then it happens as if my magic, but it was sweat and toil and always a little bit of luck. Pocko....I know, I'm not disagreeing, just looking around the corners...and the Boss has said they're taking their time and that's appropriate, which might mean something. But however much we stamp our feet at this point in time, in the current political situation, it means nothing we just have to wait and wonder.

There is a bit of debate on Avanza about the time the government has had this on their desk...some argue that 1 year from the last negotiation is not unusual and that it is just progressing in the normal course which is about a year. Tintin, what is your reasoning for this sp starting to rise before the election?
