Good morning I'm agreeing with everyone so far today. A decision before the summer recess seemed likely to me but thinking about it a bit deeper, this government survived a vote of no confidence, their situation is weak and a 'care-taking' one; with the greenies out things would be simpler and all the other parties support mining in principle. Politics! Yuk! Anyway, I'm in no hurry to rush into November, the summer's cum and I want to bask in it. So let's all be nice, I'm going along with the Boss, and as Andy says, time flies.
