Why the f were paying Andrew Chubb the best aort of one and a half million for the privilege of him assign the sale of our company to a co. On which he's the NED is an outright joke and makes a mockery of the whole process.

I'd take a bit of dilution for us to get a better sale price agreed thanks. One more in line with - you know- the actual effing value of our assets.

Deal is poor and the CVR inclusion is laughable.

I will be voting NO. The deal sucks and Mark's lost any credibility with me whatsoever - i wouldn't want that fool anywhere near an investment of mine ever again. I'm not defending Jim at all in this, but one can't deny the fact that itw chump change for him, and he's simply getting rid of a headache that's followed him around for the last half decade.

Slim - you and BMR need to wrap it up with this insurance issue. Whilst it's tragic, you weren't touting off hourly before a naff deal was announced. If this flew for a quid, I imagine you'd both forget about the insurance issue very bloody quickly.

It's a reality of operating in third world economies that aren't plagued by health and safety. These sorts of occurrences are relatively common - even if it's not public knowledge. If that death was such a bitter pill to swallow, you'd have sold out and raised a formal complaint with LSE , a relevant regulatory body or private ombudsman.

If you're a man of conviction, you'd cash out and do that now. If you're "prepared to make allowances" and want to wait to see what unfolds, please, for the love of God - quit it with the insurance issue.

If I was in MTL I'd have sold at least half of my position and bought in here to benefit from the step up from current sp to the purchase value. MTL literally has no future without CNR right now.

If I wanted a decade + investment I'd have structured things differently. I've got a tax incentive for this to wrap up ASAP, and frankly, we've all got to die at some point.

I sincerely hope Mark won't see any performance related reward. Considering timeframes, this is a colossal failure. I also find it hard to believe that the tentative offer from Calibre was LESS than 35m. In which case there's been a personality clash (further supported by the language used in Calibre's own RNS, which was borderline a personal middle finger).

If you're average is 21p I can see what you'd be fine with the structure of the deal, you're basically 50%+ up before the deals even been inked.
