HL cash showed up - have bought back in. It's a tiny portion of my holding making up only .5m of my MTL share allocation.

The rest of the cash I'll point somewhere else.

I obviously don't want to see this drop, and I hope I'm wrong, but I no longer see any short term value being generated.

I don't get how MTL holders are so deluded. There were two other prospective dig sites on the horizon and potentiap extension of Run. That's it.

Unfortunately, I really don't think this is going to move at all, now. MTL has parted with its good news and timelines, if nothing else is winning over additional investors now, what else has MTL got other than updating the market for the next 18 months?

Condor holders had made peace with the sale.

That it's getting dragged out for another minimum of three years (two to build, three to report) is an absolute pi55 take.

We've simply had enough and unfortunately MTL have inherited the stink - and annoyed investors - that were already tied to the project.

I'm not talking the price down at all - of course i want this to pop the way it should have half a decade ago.

For CNR long termers, though - absolutely nothing new. Darren's comments "well, i guess you wanted to see the mone built didn't you?" miss the mark.

And then two and a half years ago we were bait and switched with the sale, because Jim and Mark decided they weren't in the mining business after all.

So now, we're back to seven years ago. Where we've just got a different suit claiming to now build the mone AGAIN.

A colossal waste of everyone's time and money. I can completely see an exodus here. And before all you fresh faced Candynites get excitable. Remember - many CNR counterparts have already been where you are a decade ago.

My issue is our holding is large enough to tank the price if i want an exit in good time. So fear I'm stuck here for even longer either which way.

The motley crew is rather amusing. You've got one massively disappointed bunch - some of which are heavily underwater after over a decade of being invested (giving charity?) to the likes of Mark and Jim - shoved in with a bunch of fresh faced optimists that have just won the deal of a lifetime at dirt cheap and have just been extended the perfect lifeline for their current investments.

A bit of back and forth is to be expected, chaps. And much of the optimism were seeing here was, indeed, CNR MANY years passed.

Following the prezzo tomorrow I'll be making the call on whether to liquidate our position or not. Heavily depends on timeframes.

I was hoping to see the back of this godforsaken project with the sale. And here I am in a boat with all the fresh faced cadets, eager and raring to go.

There's a large offloading that's commenced which would indicate some people have received their MTL shares and want out (or people are being cautious ahead of the CNR brigade arriving).

This is true

They will not just land in an empty bucket that you don't know about. If they land in an account they have a team that will proactively inform you. That account that holds the CVRs will NOT be able to close, as the CVRs are a known and quantifiable entity within them. It's the same as calling your bank and saying you want to close your account but there's a grand in there - their instruction will be "well, what do you want us to do with this £1k?". It's just exists on account until crystallisation. The only catch is you can't move it.

What is for certain is that the next two weeks will be a riot. My shares look like they transfer to ca. 1% of MTL. Personally, I think MTL is an absolute rodeo. Don't like the PIs. Don't like the BOD. Don't trust that this'll come good in the same way that I [foolishly] held out for Mellon.

The saga continues. Whether I'm involved in that continuation is yet to be seen.
