Trendz - My take on Simon Thompson's comment was that he thinks the analyst targets are too low in the situation where a 'major liquidity event occurs.' I interpret that as a buyout scenario, not a Farmout..

I think AB needs to get his skates on here.. I've been in a long time (Summer 2019) and am super patient - but there is a lot of adverse sentiment right now in the market, and the can has been kicked too many times here...

I believe in JOG and firmly seated in a middle/front row on our bus with a good view..

I agree with your point DU about the SM transferring from the impatient to the patient, etc and the being greedy when others are fearful, but we are now into the space where delivery is required..

I worry that by waiting too long, they will miss the very narrow sweet spot (perhaps more aptly named SWEAT) they have/had

Definitely need to kick on… especially with a change of government in 24/25.. you would think that allocating capital and kicking on with the project would be desirable for the 23/24/25 years.. and make every EPL £ count..

I know we talked about it in December, but I was pleased to see the Fool turn to a buy on this. They have historically sat on the fence..

The serious trading starts next week.. still the holiday season for many this week….

DU. I know you’ve historically invest with SQZ. Would be interested in any thoughts on how you think the tailwind play compares to a JOG style play (and what JOG could realise), particularly the acquisition price. I know it’s probably hard to make a comparison ..

Have bought three more tranches this morning

IMV the case for jog has never been more compelling..

I am increasingly of the view that a T/O has to be the route.. surely for the amount you would save in tax on the actual development as a single owner.. that route has to make more sense. For £250-300m you are going to save that element in the development by being the single owner instead of one of two or three.. and then benefit from the lot once it’s producing.. even at a higher tax rate..
