No, it isn't an AGM. It's purely to vote on the 4 resolutions, 1 of which is to prevent the issuing of the 400m warrants.

I would suggest that people who have bothered to vote know why it is imperative not to sell before the meeting on Friday. Those that are selling have their own agenda.
