RMS are manufacturing the masks, I believe a deal has been made with fortoak for distribution. According to last week’s RNS. You guys did read it I presume?

You can't seriously tell me that only the three of us actually read the RNS...

@MWILT - Trevor Brown no longer has options, he's taking 8 million shares to go quietly, this payment is in lieu of his remaining options and fees up until the next AGM.
Read the RMS published 18/02/2021 - "The Company has agreed to issue Trevor Brown with 8 million shares in place of his remaining 14.8m options and the director fees that he would have been entitled to had Trevor stayed until the annual general meeting later this year, at which he had previously agreed to step down."

Nobody took the time to read and rationalise like you did? You’d already bailed before the RNS so it had no impact on your decision.
Oh and when it comes to reading, understanding and rationalising what was held in the RNS, I and others did and in my case I promptly bought another 500k shares. Good luck to you in your endeavours but spouting your opinion after you’ve sold out is disingenuous.

@shouston - are you hanging around to justify what in my opinion was a cr@p decision? Would other people selling their shares at a loss make you feel better? The only experience you have to relate is how you dove out without fully reading and understanding the RNS, you panicked.

I think your comment reflects the fact that there are a lot of people who have c**pped out of this share have done so without fully reading and comprehending the contents of the RNS.

"Resources are found" - resources for the machine have been secured, as mentioned in the RNS. Production has started and there are teething problems preventing ramp-up to full production levels. I have no doubt that these will be resolved.

The extra shares won't hit the market until 24/02/2021 - as noted in the RNS.

The RNS could've been better, however it ain't that bad!

TB - on his way out without his options - yes, it's cost us a few shares but he's going before the AGM - saves paying his fees.
Machine in production - admittedly not producing as many as we would like but we're making stuff!
We've entered into a distribution deal - Lost Alex as a director but he's still involved.
Gareth to join as a non-exec of RMS, that should ensure the board toe the line.

Well, I've used the opportunity to buy another 500k. Even if it meant raising my average close to the current bid.
As for 21m shares to get rid of the old chisellers, I'd pay double!
Onwards and upwards folks.
