The Chairman (TB) was IMO an unscrupulous asset stripper - and I've a feeling that those at BRH are about to learn an expensive lesson.

Knowing that the installation engineers were Ok and back in Spain would be a good start.

I reckon there’ll be an BRH RNS soon, TB and other directors sold all of their shares.

To exercise the options or warrants an RNS has to be issued to say when the shares are due to be added to the market.

@bullmarket - there were 420 million warrants subject to shareholder approval - one for each of the shares placed plus 10 million each for the "Advisers".
Ask yourself why only 47million votes were for the approval and not 400million represented by the original "placees" - because the lions-share of the placees were no-longer eligible to vote - they'd sold their shares! They had no intention of being in a position to buy the warranted shares!

I suspect the majority of placees didn’t hang around long enough to worry about the warrants, that’s why there were less than 60m shares in favour of the resolutions.

They need to make a profit first.

Employees, not board members! I have no doubt that some of the Pharm2Farm bods have gone above and beyond so should be rewarded.

@Tiptree - nope, TB doesn't have warrants, he has "Options" that he may or may not exercise.
The company owns the "Warrants".
