Having read the 18/12/2020 circular regarding the placing of 400,000,000 new shares AND the proposed 420,000,000 NEW warrants and considering that the warrants were proposed as a sweetener to the share placing deal, what if any obligations are we under to vote in agreement to the 420,000,000 new Warrants?

Aren't the "placees" of the 400,000,000 issued shares going to be slightly miffed if we remove their sweetener from the table?

Assuming Antony Legge is the Chairman I would assume that the meeting will be fair.

As the title asks, do we still need a capital injection of £5m?

TB and PR aren't doing this to screw up the vote, TB doesn't hold any shares, he has options, granted. However he doesn't hold any shares in RMS, otherwise they'd be listed in the RMS Director's Dealings.

That should see the SP go through the floor - I can't stand the bloke!

Also, don't forget that the shares won't be added to the market until 29th Jan.

You don't need to look at the "Previous RNS" for that data and "guess" at the number of warrants.
Just go to the Investor Relations section of the company website.

RNS issued informing us that TB has bought the rest of his options and sold the shares.
Usual first hour of chaos.
MMs spend the morning trying to keep a lid on people's enthusiasm.
Gradual rise in the afternoon.

RNS on Wednesday informing us that the machine is up and running filling its first orders.
All IMO.

I would suggest that a 10 for 1 issue would be required to get us initially to 50p - there are far too many shares floating around - as the company heads towards generating income it is no longer dependent on the issuing of new shares and warrants.

Growth now should be organic.

...I'd be looking at a way of moving P2F out of the RMS group.
