Hi Paul, I'll push Jarvis for an acknowledgement today.

Are any other people having problems with Jarvis IM and registering their vote on the forthcoming GM resolutions?

Paul - I sent similar to Jarvis and have not had a response.
@Listez - I emailed as per Jarvis' instructions, supplied acct number, acknowledged that I agreed to the £20 + vat fee and detailed my wishes for each of the resolutions.
I haven't had a dicky-bird in response, not even an acknowledgement that they've received my request.
I shall be chasing them today.

@Listez82 - regarding Jarvis, I sent an email to "corporateactions@jarvisim.co.uk" on Wednesday and still haven't received an acknowledgement. I'll be following up later today.
What was your situation?

@Shouston - my view is that the RNS will land after Friday as that is when PR's shares are admitted to trading.
I think the "Good News" RNS will arrive on Monday next week.

@steve124 - I doubt that very much. That could be construed as "Insider Trading" and would probably result in a very severe slap on the wrist.

You need to look at the "Total Volume" that'll give you a clue regarding the "Delayed Notification" trades.

Total Volume is currently 54,838,847 shares...

Do the sums.

If you feel strongly enough then pay the £24 - if not then don't.

@TruthFactory - The company has already issued £5mn worth of extra shares in December. Do we "still" need the additional money from the warrants?

It's my understanding that the 400,000,000 shares have already been issued - and paid for. It's the subsequent Warrants issue that we're pushing against.
