Fair enough GP, just gave me a little chuckle that's all. I'm of the same opinion as you reading the annulment case that it is almost a dead cert. However I'm still not getting my hopes up as I realise what we are seeing is one side of the story and also there have been some strange decisions in the past including our recent judgement. I have written my shares off and anything I get now will be a bonus. Only have a small holding so it's easy enough to do, imagine that I would find it a lot more difficult if I had a bigger stake in this.

Have to agree with Falstaff on this one. 37p was the value prior to the initial decision which we lost so fair value now will certainly be lower than that I would say. Depends on how they wish to assess it but if we are being honest and shares were to trade again tomorrow then we certainly wouldn't be up at the 37p mark. Around 2-5p would be my guess.

Hi all, IG have told me that I will need to transfer my shares to a different broker to trade if CHL come out of suspension on the NEX exchange but that they will remain on my IG account until I take action. Also they have said it's fine for me to just leave them there until such time that CHL come out of suspension and nothing will happen to them. If CHL relist on AIM then they will just become active again. As in my opinion we are unlikely to see CHL come out of suspension until we reach a decision or at least until we know about the stay of costs I will probably just leave them with IG and sort it out closer to decision time. However, if I do decide to transfer them over to someone who offers NEX, can anyone suggest the cheapest way to go about this and who to use? Thanks in advance. SJ

Looks we will just have to wait and find out, hopefully know something more tomorrow when we list on NEX. I certainly wouldn't have thought that there will be any scenario where we will just lose our shares as Sycric says, we own them. I quite like the idea of an old fashioned share certificate coming through the post. Think I might be a bit concerned on the spread betting angle though, I'd be trawling through my terms and conditions and policies.

This is worrying, I have my share with IG as well. If anyone finds out what the logistics are then I would be very grateful if you could let me know. Currently in a live chat with someone from IG as well so will let you know if I find out anything there.

I assume all our shares remain the same and we will just see them as normal (suspended) on our trading platforms despite the change of exchange?

Hi all, Apologies, I know this has problem been asked and discussed many times but when do you think we will receive our next update and do you have any ideas of timelines from here?

With regards to the suspension I'm not going to get involved with the debate around the 6 month rule etc but rather just say that I for one would prefer us to stay suspended until the outcome purely for the reason that I know I can't kick myself later on for either not selling at a lower price before a bad verdict or buying more if it is a good one. I quite like having that decision now taken away from me and knowing I'm in it until the outcome good or bad. I had written my small holding off after the initial decision so anything I get now will be a bonus in my eyes. I am hopeful of a positive outcome but not expectant. Thanks Rebel, I get the difference between the two articles, it's the timeframes I'm confused about. So for example, if they go for article 52 annulment - timeframes are i) 120 from date of award (6th April) OR iii) no later than 3 years from date of award (6 Dec 2019) So which is it, 120 days or 3 years?

Can someone help me with the understanding of the timelines, reading previous RNS it states: 1 Article 51 (i) 90 days after discovery of a significant new fact; or (ii) no later than 3 years from date of the Award (6 Dec 2019). 2 Article 52 (i) 120 days from date of award (6 April 2017); or (ii) in the event where annulment is requested on the ground of corruption, the application must be made within 120 days after discovery of the corruption; or (iii) no later than 3 years from the date of the Award (6 Dec 2019). I make 90 days to be next Monday but what I don't get is the no later than 3 years part. Is that if something comes to light a year or so down the line?

I really do hope we get an update today as even though I've pretty much put this out of my mind I do keep on having the occasional hope of getting some of my money back here (even though it was a small punt in the first place). My concern is that I feel if they had something very significant they would have announced that they were going to appeal by now rather than drag it all the way out to the deadline, just feels like stalling on bad news. Would love to see something back from this but at the very least would just like a definite answer today for some closure on the matter.

Afraid I have to agree with Dan, the MCAP has increased by £8.7m in the day - the contract is only worth £5m, I'd be very careful here.
