Capita's earnings will increase on their Pension portfolios with rising far eastern markets looking with hope towards life after the virus. I see UK deaths below 100 today and Boris announcing back to Schools. and shops re-opening should get the Uk market kick started.

After all if they fail (and they will not with beer sales increasing at home) then the have over 1200 odd premises some in prime sites to build houses!!!
They have said they are safe until 2021 and many others will have failed by then for them to further increase MKT share.

Yes this is the start of many new contracts being awarded in my opinion. This share offers real potential. Certainly this is no one trick pony ! They also run the Police pension scheme and the Lloyd's of London staff scheme too amongst many others. However I expect new NHS contracts being upgraded and renewed soon.

However I did not make the CAD37 it is now -still my others have all done well. AA insurance well up, Barclays up, Capita really moving up, Marstons up today (but a long way to go), ITV, William Hill, Playtec, all up too. I suppose I bought my own FTSE tracker -Good luck - if you have done the same.

Govts sales figs announced today show that where'as as expected retail sales are down, Alcohol sales as in America are up which in fact confirms our suspicions that most are instead of going down the Pub, are having their daily pint at home. Perhaps Marstons will soon be able to confirm their Beer sales very soon.

It is true for Marstons the best thing they have going for them being the Largest Brewer in the Uk is cashflow. Their beer sales have been increasing at the supermarkets that is clear -they still have cash flow. Many analysts have missed this when comparing to many other Pub groups that have no sales at all. Marstons Also do not actually own a large number of their outlets which are franchises. They are still pulling in large sums of cash without so many out goings or costs of sales at pubs. In fact I feel their position is far better than many would imagine. Perhaps soon we will get a very positive announcement from them too. I understand many pubs are considering to start selling takeaways so this could be a good start!!

I should be encouraging others to sell so I can buy their shares, but I have been honest as the only problem I see for Marston at this silly low price is that from Take over. Someone once said to be if you took realistic values on all of their properties and goodwill this share is actually worth £2 a share?? I have not worked this out but i can see certainly must be double or more the current price- so I see no worries investing more in here.
They also have not stopped producing beer -they are the Uks biggest brewer now and my wife always said for Marstons our local supermarket is sold out - so I see "tin" sales having increased as they did last year in the good weather. In fact in good weather most will be in isolation at home with Barbeques and a few beers!!

Clinical trials start thursday for an anti-viral injection. As Capita already run an out-patient NHS system I am pretty sure this will mean extra business and opportunities for Capita. They also will have use of the contact system where the most vulnerable will be contacted for selection.
This is in addition to all of the extra work Capita are already doing. I have a feeling the figs may be far better here than many suspect. Lets see how it turn out, but certainly the Govt will be supporting Capita at the current time when they need them most.

Our first Minister has also now said this could be made available within weeks if successful rather than Months. I am pretty sure what they have here will work as they have already found those taking certain other drugs have shown very positive effects.
The govts of the World who appear to be covering all of this with tremendous Stimuli will not want this crises dragging on. Marstons must be one of the best buys at the moment for the recovery !wave" likely to happen very quickly if the trials are effective from tomorrow. The no's I am sure will speak for themselves.

What a great opportunity. Once we break 30p my money is doubled. I think I need to top up otherwise I will suffer a breakdown myself, and my pace maker might need new batteries!!! ha.ha. A good buy this one.

Recently sold some safer Gold mining shares and come in here, AA, Stob, William Hill, Marstons -all look really cheap considering too.

Once the market comes back this has got to be one of the best recovery stocks. I suppose that's where the saying comes from "safe as houses" certainly the Uk's housing shortage is not solved overnight and prices and demand will start increasing once the Pandemic has passed. The no. of deaths in hospitals has significantly reduced from Fridays numbers through the weekend to half the no of Fridays reported today, if this continues we will respond very soon.

Some European Countries have started opening their doors, and the Uk two weeks behind the others has caught up fast with dramatically reduced Viral Death no's today. Down from 880 Friday to 560 Sunday and now only 400 odd today. Hopefully the hard work is paying off now as we are on top on this pandemic.
Stay Home, protect the NHS, and soon we will get the Aircraft back moving and the Airports up and running for passengers rather than just increased freight!! We should start responding positively soon.

Hopefully we have found a way to handle this virus and the markets are responding positively. As Capita handle so many large pension funds our commissions here will increase and aour share price should respond on increased income. Notwithstanding the extra funding the Govt is throwing this way for extra NHS, Police and Army recruitment whose contracts Capita run. Good time to buy this share at these low prices. This share could double in price!!

On Sunday the rate of deaths had decreased from 880 Odd Friday to 560 Sunday and now we are down to the 400's which makes another marked reduction Congratulations and thanks to the NHS staff and the Govt. this pandemic is under control in the Uk.
Hopefully we can (as a serum is being tested) get this thing under control (looks like we can be more positive).
