I cannot see this demand for their services diminishing now. They have also so many other diverse contracts their income does not rely on any one source.
They provide services to the NHS, arrange out patient appointments, manage offices, run the Police, Teachers and NHS pensions, as well as Lloyd's of London corporation schemes, and there is talk of many new schemes coming on board post brexit.
They also run an Insurance run off business in the Lloyds market that buys up and runs Insurance Companies. I know some very good staff who works in a lot of these areas who are also very competent.
A Company no doubt on a list of many other potential suitors including no doubt Berkshire Hathaway's.
