I see this actually as a strong buy. Once the fees/expenses are under control I see tremendous upside here. I know personally one or two people that work here and they are class acts. So they do have some very good people. I also know due to the govt. contracts they as a contingency have been holding large offices empty for years as contingency measures should a flood hit london or there be a terror hit in the Uk. If the Govt agrees with them to carry on working from home they could save in the long run an absolute fortune. The contracts recently renewed show govt. support I do now own this share and will continue to add as time goes on. Sometimes one has to be patient in my opinion. As Warren Buffet once said if anyone buys a share looking at it for a share to hold for less than two years then they are not investing correctly.

Thanks DK -yes I can see the LSE Intraday chart above looks great reading - hopefully this will continue next week, most Countries appear to be lowering their own value of money and rates which will help us further going forward.

A very good insight as usual many thanks. All the barometres are pointing towards the precious metals at the moment and we should continue to offer a very well run Company here. No debt and increased profit based on price of Gold. Hopefully some new contracts/project coming soon too, a lot to look forward to.

The market obviously agrees with your and my own sentiments as I see the shorters reduced further on 27th and their own debt is now only 2.03% which shows they have turned long and bought into safety. i.e even they now see improvement and do not want to be caught cold when the next set of announcements come out. I have a feeling that this serving will not be so cloudy and many will be surprised with the result.

Pretty sure I saw a week or so ago an agreement being signed by the Egyptian Govt with African nations over concerns of the hydro electric dams controlling the flow of water into the Country and the worst worries for the Nile were put to rest. So the African nations realize now the importance of being fair to all Countries. Hopefully the water issue will not become a problem. but I agree it would be very pleasant indeed if we can now win contracts for new projects and locations. Afterall Centamin have been very good for Egypt and vice versa.

I can only assume the negative waves we have here on the web-site are to try and pull the share price down lower for a new lower re-entry point.
I am interested only in looking forward to the next sales figures which will be significantly improved in my opinion. It is interesting that when the share price for Marstons is increasing at respectable rate or recovery we are met with this negativity where long term shareholders should be happy. This Company is one of my top picks for investment return on price. If anyone is unhappy then they can sell their shares and move on I am here to stay. Good luck whatever your decision we are in a free Country with free choice which is why I always try and support our Beers although in my local supermarkets Marstons Beer sells quite often faster than we can get it in the trolley. My comments regarding investment strategy is Marstons related. I am sorry if you find any personal comments directed towards me not as amusing as I do, as I know I should not but I enjoy defending myself not that I need to.
Negative rates were referred to as a possibility by BOE today this will mean the cost of loans will be reduced and even loans in place can be refinanced. Marstons are very experienced in this already. However the BOE is also trying to increase growth and inflation which will be difficult where so many are now unemployed. The Govt is also trying to help businesses and I see this as a tremendous opportunity not only for Marstons as well as other businesses taken a hit in the pandemic but an investors opportunity where shares such as this are way below the value to me. I look forward also with some hope for some very uplifting sales figures from Marstons as we know they were registered on the Govt. support pubs scheme and so this is one very good investment in my opinion whilst the climb towards the mid 50ps will hopefully gain momentum back towards GBP1 a share. Fingers crossed. Very happy to hold this share and to invest some more later too.

My money does very well invested in the stock market thanks which is why the prices will keep rising and rising when interest rates will be negative. I am afraid you need to refocus. I am doing very nicely thanks which is why I retired early as I do not have to work, all of this to me is just a bit of fun and not to be taken too seriously. I make more money investing my own funds than working for someone else, or paying bank to do so.
Nice little trickle up today on most of my shares and this is likely to continue for some time yet. Good luck those invested like me in some choice shares such as Marstons. I can see it coming, and who cares how many pubs when the deal with Amazon is most likely going to to worth a whole lot more. Any worries from the moaners when the share price is rising will be lost according to BBC news if the BOE does bring in negative interest rates!! What we now all get paid for taking out loans - I think I will buy a pub myself!! Happy days!!

Comex and spot Silver and Gold moving up faster now, also talk on BBC news of the BOE seriously considering negative interest rates. If they do sanction this I expect all precious miners to rise a lot quicker with market prices.

We could do very well here chaps I feel we will be over USD2,000 an oz soon. Comex on NYSE now up to USD1970.90 and ready to burst through. BOE talk on BBC News is of Negative interest rates which will really boost the precious metals. Happy days!!

Fed to let inflation rise + Gold/Silver hedge.
Also Usd falling so also Gold/Silver usually rise as a hedge, and for stability.
I now see World Markets looking towards Gold as the current live price is USD1956.97 & Spot per Bloomberg NYSE Usd1957.

Hi S, yes also lots of talk over the pond the Fed after Powell's statement yesterday is going to run the Us economy hot for a while with High inflation - to be honest to get jobs back he has no other option and as we know the talk if high inflation always also helps Gold and Silver rise as a hedge. So we have more than one barometer working in the direction of higher precious metals prices. Most US brokers feel the same.

Silver on Comex closer to USD28 an oz shown as USD27.84 -which will help us later when the NYSE opens later.

Looks like the tradition is occurring in that when the Dollar falls the precious metals Gold and Silver rise. Certainly appears tpo be the case this morning with Silver now USD27.50 and Gold USD1956 - with both still rising. This will help the precious metals miners track higher.
