Growth is now returning and the US jobs market figs issued today shows that the stimuli is working to get things started. With any talk of rising interest rates for a year or so to go we can expect a good run in from here. I can see we are now recovering with some support, well that has been the case for the past few days anyway. I am happy to wait however as I see a long sustained recovery, which may accelerate with a positive release that is over due!

As I said before when you have Silver over 45%up for the year this baby will have financial results moving in line! I hope to have 12 pounds a share in 3 weeks. However I am happy with an average rise of 1% per day if that is what it is. However I expect us to start really moving up next week if the Precious metals continue the upwards path as many experts expect. I bet many who are not onboard will wish they were soon but some of their comments do really make me laugh!

Bloomberg had market makers/ dealers on live tv saying how they bought shares up until results were issued in select comps. and then sold them before the release. For them this was just a way of making money, especially if the results were expected to be good. Seems this happened last year too for Fres where the price rose to over £12 a share.
As many did well last year, I expect the same this year, we just have to be patient for the next 3 weeks as the cycle evolves!

Hopefully we should have a little run up now to the August 1/2 yr results. Both my wife and I hold these.

Yes I agree it looks like buyers were still coming in with registration of x off the book trades after the bell. Not sure if MIM still hold a very small holding of short as this being under 0.50% is not on the short tracker index so perhaps they are turning long as they can register their shares later in the day after close. Either way the trend and sentiment for the market changed for the better today. It is looking as if Boris is sticking to his date of coming out too. ha.ha.

just announced US jobless numbers fell more than anticipated - will help show signs of come back and production will increase. Should help for a sustained recovery.

Seen for weeks a trend here, as London closes off lower the USA pushes prices back up - I will check again late tonight but the feeling is we are just starting a run that could go to record levels.

recorder Silver is actually up in sterling -it all depends on what currency as much as anything else. Either way the market sentiment has improved 10 times today as you say Dusterman. Should/could be the start of an upward run of recovery -should be up until the results are issued - not long now and they should be good with Silver up 45% on the year in USD.

Great buy at this price. GBP12 a share in 3 weeks (as said last night) if you are not a believer look at last years chart! Results due after 3 weeks!! Long way to go but we will get there! Happy days! Silver/gold still rising this yr on industrial comeback!

I see this just as cyclical trades into July the third qtr. Lots of dealers have been sitting on cash and have come back in for good priced deals. They will drive the prices up for the next few weeks before taking profits again -one always has to just be patient as I said yesterday. Fresnillo will rise back up before it results over the next month. Last year we rose right up to GBP12 a share so I am staying put for the results which will be good. Mexico is one of the fastest growing economies at the moment and they have found new ways of dealing with Covid far quicker than Europe. Chinese data, and rising precious metals prices help too. Suppose less and less are investing into crypto now too.

There always seems to be a shortage problem at the end of a qtr, where the paper orders are called in and suddenly the traders find they are short of physical. It will certainly be interesting as we go into July Tornado Tony - you may have something if the orders cannot be met.
Last year the NY trading houses found not enough in their vaults to meet demand and the prices rose up to higher levels.

I see this as one hell of a canny investment and can see a 400% uptick inside 3 yrs!

I worked in the Lloyds Aviation insurance market and generally Rolls Royce service agents have cleaned up and taken over almost all of the major service centres across the world. Boeing have even closed down their own service centres for engines leaving it all to RR. They do not only service their own engines, they also service pratt and whitney and CFM and are partners with BMW and many other manufacturers. (hence the reason they would not allow VW to use the RR name and only BMW to use the name under license for their cars. Believe me when I used to travel I would look over the wing and look for the RR symbol and rest happy. Their engines over the years hardly ever have given problems unlike most if not all of the others. I look at the world market where they have service stations not just the uk. People forget this aspect. If other countries are allowing travel then RR will already servicing a large no. of planes. If any engines are left by airlines for over a short period without their covers on the engines will be a write off.

Inline with the Comex futures I see the US miners rising. i.e. ABX is tracking market movement.
However one would honestly expect Fres results to be good when it is the worlds biggest Silver miner and the price of Silver is up over 40% on the year (with production up on last yr too).

Traditionally Fres always rebounds very strongly to about the 1,200p level as we move towards the financials - same path is usually shown for the other miners but not to the same extreme on price.
For RR this in my opinion will over the next 3 yrs rise over 400%. Literally thousands upon thousands of aircraft engines will need servicing or replacement as they do not like sitting around idle. To satisfy safety certificates strict servicing requirements are needed. RR are also soon to bring out some mini nuclear elect.power generators and so the future looks very bright. Chris you may need to ear your words very soon. An investment is not one that necessarily pays off over couple of days. i.e. tonight I have received some large divis off Fres which have been due for a few months are are a bonus for me! In fact I may even re-invest in some more RR shares to grow my portfolio quicker!

It always comes eventually and lets now see a rise in line with Gold futures!

Recent reports from hochschild are very encouraging especially based on a silver price over 40% up for the year, and recent govt payments, we can expect the results to be good and certainly production up on last year. I see this share like Fres now recovering quite fast to well into the £2,50's. Fingers crossed.

We should start to see us rising soon up with a sustained recovery towards the release of the Financials. I expect these to be very good on the rise of Silver over the last year. We just need to wait 2/3 weeks now for a sudden surge in price! Fingers crossed!
