Good earning share this on income - not only as we look forward to growth. However I feel we are moving up in expectation of the results due in a short time as we have in previous years. The next two weeks will be very beneficial in my opinion.

Their flight path is coming in over the North Sea and it was a commercial liner alright straight down and into Rochford in the early hours. I also say one yesterday last afternoon so they are either on holiday flights or moving some of the aircraft back to London Southend. I can see Southend even helping out if Heathrow continues with its queue -why not! A facility to become very useful here to save the long wait. I am pretty sure the extra warehousing at the airport has been useful recently too. I see this as a great recovery stock and will not be selling my shares either Jarule.

Just be patient the big fund managers are coming , results soon which will be way up on last year. I expect £9 a share soon and we will go over £10 -so be patient. If you do not believe me look at last years chart and we will rise from there!

New Contract s in place - lots more to come on success, crypto taking a hit today where the Police have been taking large amounts found as laundered cash, and Gold will suddenly become more popular again - happy days for us shareholders. We should also see some more gains towards the next set of results due very soon. The futures bright -the futures Gold!

i.e. It might be a good time to buy them up cheap and then develop them for additional housing! i.e. In the past few years I have been doing this myself and there is a lot of money to be made from development believe me.
Could be an opportunity? Same for Marstons if they do not need all of the pubs as we will know soon how they are doing, then sell them for development. The value of them will increase with permission especially for any large car parks!!

New contracts worth a few hundred million help - but I see us also rising inline with annual cyclical moves as the results for the half year are being calculated for release. I see today Fres, followed by Hoch and CEY all responding very positively soon, especially when considering what yield they will offer with share dividends due this year on the rising commodity prices.

I know this as I live under one of the flight paths into Southend and some lucky travellers are now starting to use the facility. Once we start gaining real momentum the flights will start stacking! but they are certainly starting -believe me.

Whether at home with the mates or in a pub the beer sales are well up! With us coming out of lock down this is just the market playing their tricks of getting cheap stocks and they will buy on the dip next week I am sure.
i.e. My "Esken" where I have a large holding were down earlier and are now up almost 5% in about 1/s an hr. They own Carlisle and Southend airports. Expect a strong recovery from them too once pax.return however the future is also in warehousing where they have thousands of ft. of space in use, and are even building larger facilities. Stay calm.

Be patient -results soon. Precious metals still rising overnight -and 45% up on the year feeds my enthusiasm .

Charlie -might actually see a big jump tomorrow -if market works on anticipation. Tomorrow morning will be very interesting to see, however I am in no rush to cash in for funds in any case with this one.

Expect us to open very well tomorrow with rising prices, and the NY Markets will rush for the precious metals miners when they see the gains over last Fridays prices. For once I see a sustained recover here for some time yet!

I see us continuing to rise up until the results in late July/ early August. We will start to gain momentum at the rate the precious metals are coming back with stocks in demand. Central Banks have hinted at purchase requirements too to stabilize their books to offset risk against inflation.
This is starting to look a very good share to me! Lets review in 3 weeks!!

Dobel -I would look at last yrs charts and you will see a trend for the next three to five weeks of rapid increase annually in the shares mentioned above up and until the financials are released for all three. Good luck with you decision making but the three mentioned are all cyclical. Price of Gold and Silver for that matter are both on an upward charge at the moment.

Must be a strong buy where most growth fund managers who work on anticipation will soon start loading up their books and once they all start collectively we will rise up from here as we have done in previous years. Good luck all. Silver price rose after London close last week and so I hope it keeps going as demand into next week.
