Lots of usual rubbish on here from regulars who have simply no idea how the big world operates. In fact if there was a take over approach RF and the B.O.D could not make mention of it whilst negotiations take place and whilst no doubt a proper due diligence is being undertaken, as I myself have been involved with such matters and it is fit and proper to have a fully signed up confidentiality agreement in place. So the fact is was not mentioned recently may in fact mean something is in hand already. Don't be distracted by the so called de-rampers, they soon turn positive when they hold one or two shares! Easy to spot when they actually hold any as their whole tone changes for the positive. Good company this been operating for 100's of years, one bout of a virus will not sink it when it has such a long "Pedigree".

I liked the report on the cargo / freight expansion, also the fact they are getting Covid ready with testing facilities in place. I can see the major three airports not being able to cope with numbers, and S/end will be a very good place to help out take some numbers away from the big boys.
I also remember previously we were being out forward as a free-port proposal for Carlisle. An ideal location between Scotland/England/Wales and Ireland. Lots to look forward to in my opinion and we are also a likely take over target from one of the big international airport chains too, where we have infrastructure in place particularly servicing London from S/end on the main Liverpool st. line for both pax. and freight!

All ready for take-off. I know the cargo side has already picked as I heard three planes one after the other coming in the early hours.
Heathrow announced already a pick up in numbers and so one would think this will follow through to the smaller airports particularly for holiday short haul flights.

I see Hoch compared to last year produced three times as much Silver and Double the Gold. Fresnillo can be expected to at least match this. We should see a quick and fast response upwards soon in expectation of results due on 28th - me thinks!
No wonder no shorts now registered in short tracker as a disclosed holding! Expect this share price now to grow and come back strong!

Morning star are quoting a very fine set of results where they say Gold production has doubled on last year and silver has trebled. Hoch themselves to me appear to be also playing things down when they refer to a 41% increase in realized Silver price increase. Who are they kidding this is a marvellous set of results. They also say production is still coming back and so we will surpass earlier year production targets that is for sure. I am also interested in the forthcoming rare earths presentation too that should be interesting. I wonder and expect Fresnillo to be the same., and they should also be expected to be good results in 6 days time!

Yep 1.30am on the dot every night now we have an approach coming in towards Rochford, and this has only just started to become regular. So we do have some green shoots -with more to come. All is not lost for S/END ROCHFORD.

Good divi too. I see this as a very good income provider, and at this price will provide growth. In fact one for the big fund managers to fall back on where/when other Companies fail. Lets not lose sight of that!

Also based on the fact for most of the year the Silver price was up between 30-40% on last year I will be quite happy with the same sort of production ounces as last year, but I do expect us to at least meet those figures in any case.
Seems like the political uncertainty in Peru ended last night and the new president has given support to the miners where many had past concerns. We should see sentiment return here soon I am sure. Fingers crossed.

Should see us respond later. RBC raised stock sentiment may have needed time to digest? But we will be upward again soon I am sure.

I see Youngs made a very positive trading update this morning. Their sales they say are ahead of expectations.
Could be a good start for us where we must expect an update soon.

Agreed last year we saw paper orders that cold not be filled and a shortage in stock to fill thise orders. Barrick Gold even referred to the fact there is going to be a big gold shortage which will drive up prices.

I also saw the NY vaults short of stock to meet paper orders on Silver and so again prices could rise up this year even more than the 30% increase on the yr.

Overall good place to be in here in my opinion.

I have a feeling we will be responding soon. I expect results to be very good too. The rating of £9.75 might actually be conservative once the figs come out. Not long to go now. Silver still up 30% on the year despite the World not being back up to full production. Many expect the precious metals sector to increase due to many more economic and political reasons too. Safer place to be in here than many, sorry most other shares!

Whilst they have reduced their outperform price to £2.50 from £2.80 - they still expect us to rise up from £1.50 TODAYS PRICE.. So we can do very well with this share once we turn upward. Results expected soon too!

I still maintain the airports offer far more than just pax.numbers. Warehousing and freight are becoming more and more important and I know S/end have been extending these facilities. However I can also see if the big a/port pick up and struggle with getting pax. through then S/end in particular could offer check in for pax. too to take pressure of the big boys, and now having its own station/train facility the trip back up to London via Liverpool St. is not too bad either. Time will tell if this becomes an option. I also notice HL have us at a 10% rise today and the quote to buy is above the Market price so perhaps someone is after stock. I will be holding this and expect to see a good return very soon!

Lets hope the market reaction maintains its positivity next week.

My suggestion is strong buy . As many who know how the markets work can see :- Pubs opening Monday. Takings will be very much up on last year (this does not take a genius to work out) and with the warm weather shareholders (yes those who actually own shares) will start to see next week some very positive returns and growth.
It is also good to see some very positive comments from other shareholders on here. Keep'em coming.

The small investors will come flooding in. Yes that will eventually include, unfair trader, barchildren, and even tipping from trent.
Good luck to those with substantial sums and those with a few hundred quid just to make their bar bill cheaper by a £200 share holder discount card for meals. Either way it does not matter expect all pubs open next week! Happy Days.

Marston's like RR are strong buys this morning which is why I have made my life very comfortable and was able to retire early.
What I see is most of what I say is eventually said on here by others who criticize at the time. One has to look in advance of the market but most negative comments on here ONLY look at the "POST EVENT" which is why they are always moaning!
Never mind -you do make me laugh!

Article reports the new Peruvian president has already said he does not intend to nationalize any mining in the Country, see link as it is an interesting read where it says he is not as radical as many feared -good news for Hoch.
