We know that many NYSE investors have been looking for Worldwide shares with some security and for growth if the USD that has been the World safe currency becomes less safe? Fresnillo will in my opinion be one beneficiary of holding a safe haven asset without the costs, and we all know Gold/Silver rises not only on demand but when the USD falls.
The USD will come under pressure soon I am sure where so much depends on its own debt and a ceiling?

I.E. Many have benefitted from a strong USD -however this currency may not short term stay strong for ever. If the USD falls then commodities in real terms will become cheaper and the likes of Gold and Silver miners will return to form particularly on the FTSE where foreign investors as well as UK investors may come our of their NYSE stocks into GBP and other currencies.
Great place to be here -not just for mining reasons! IMHO.

See many Western investors and fund managers coming in for euro stocks and particularly precious metal stocks such as this if the future of the Dollar at this level is raising eye brows.

Hi Dubs - yep I agree I see Centamin as another very good Gold Miner (being sort by a number of other cos too), and I understood they have better relationships with the Egyptian govt to have renewed/ extended their licences for an increased capability in the future -if they can remain independent from Endeavour and or Barrick!

Bonkers agree that in addition to Fres, Cey and Hoc -always follow - same risks and political climate coming around to favour all three on the FTSE and the rise for all three if also long overdue.
BTB- Remember not to confuse mining stocks for industrials with precious metals miners both operate and respond differently and independently to underlying political and social economic conds.
Recently to be honest the industrial miners have done very well (as opposed to the precious metals miners and so we should now expect a levelling up!) particularly as inflation is rising. I think it may be worth at selling the house builders soon too as they have had too much of a good run recently too and re-invest more in here!

To balance up and offer a true balanced account, everyone needs the safety stocks and this is one against inflation and currency devaluation in real terms!
With rising inflation bond earnings will be zilch and equities such as this is the way to go for me on a balance.
Surprised that Centamin and Hochschild have not moved up yet - but it will come I am sure. I.M.H.O.

USD to keep rising? Don't think so - Demand falling for USD? Should see us rising up very soon - I am being patient and cannot see the reason for the low level!

With everything going on across the pond cannot see the USD moving up much more and Gold/Silver will rise -fingers crossed!

Suspect our friends over the pond will not resist us soon at this silly low price. Also can see RF with his new venture coming here for a tie up!

Compared to BP whose price will take a real hit once OPEC produce some more Gas! It will come as most oil producers will see the upside price now as an income worth fighting for now its there! Expect oil shares to fall in line! RR is moving in one direction - up!

Most of the entertaining and travel sector is now coming back fast.
The price of Land for building/accommodation is also being raised across the Uk and in time this will have a positive impact of revaluation to he Marstons estate. Sales have increased recently whether on site or off sales and I see this as a great turning point for the Company. As you have said a great buy at his price thanks to the others far more negative!

At this price must be a strong buy. Marstons operate their own fleet of lorries and have not notified shareholders of any negative impact at all except from the last statement that sales were greater than expected after re-opening! In fact with most of the Uk staying in the Uk we can expect sales to have increased and if anything had changed to the negative from the last notifications then the B.O.D would have needed legally to have issued a statement or could be accused of misleading investors. I have not seen any negative official statement at all from the Company -ONLY positivity!

Lets be honest both Un fair trader and Bar the child sing from the same hymn sheet but from where I am standing always write negative comments regarding Marstons and most other comments are unrelated. They must do this for their own benefit - otherwise why do they do it?
Perhaps if they are that interested in investments for the future their time would be better spent elsewhere.
It was no surprise for me to see today Marstons price being down today and when looking for the reason seeing no reason at all for this change to see the standard negative comments attacking those that are far more positive.

I see so many positive interests here i.e. Aviation sector growth and engine supply and maintenance, new aircraft orders and new electric engine to come, power station orders both large nuclear and mini for future energy needs, plus add in the defence specialism in Helicopter and tank engines, before we even go to the marine and submarine new orders. Tremendous upside here in my opinion - any fund managers dream at this price which could double in a yr or less!

i.e. They have been installing chargers at many pubs now - so one can recharge their car when recharging their glasses!!
In fact they have been ahead of the game!
