It reminds me a little of a mates building firm who builders although craftsman did lets be honest take their time building the new houses, but as time went on with the rising house prices when the Houses came on the market the Builder actually made more money than he would have done if the builders had been quicker in the build. The timing here for Acacia is actually working to their advantage with the rising Gold prices.

I can see advice is now being taken from the accountants /professionals on Gold price held/hedged for stock in trade and it does indeed make sense for the management of mines to keep the focus on the nuggets production and not income not affected by the export ban. This will help the cash flow coming in, against expenses going out. I can see the future must provide for opening up the exploration in the other Countries for Long term production and share protection which should actually help provide some short term growth. I feel watch this space! If not/ and or then we should see what with employees being laid off the Tans.Govt needing to come back with a solution or compromise politically. I can see either way the Company is protecting itself. .

Bloomberg charts very positive for Silver/Hoc to keep on up in my opinion.

If the second big storm hits the US Main Land later which is perhaps the biggest in US History! This can only benefit the likes of Aggreko. I am surprised the share price is not really moving up fast today.

Acacia are already developing mines in other Countries, just not harvesting them yet! With the rising price of Gold it makes it more economical to do so. This is now becoming one very exciting share!

If the Gold price keeps going up as it is I would suggest the other Countries markets where Acacia currently has exploration mines will soon be in Business. Acacia has learn't not to put all of its eggs in one basket- lets see what happens I stand by £500 a share in a year..

This share is looking cheap now in my mind! Although I was looking West (Houston) instead of East, adding to my portfolio with Aggreko "Flood disaster experts" and Premier Oil for oil price rise. If Mr T does do anything silly with the Koreans to knock them off their perch Hochschild also looks good value to me now. with the rising Silver price.. Happy hunting. .

I see lots of opps for Aggreko here, even their web site promotes the employment by govts of emergency help in flood torn areas. They are also big in the states so lets see. I suppose they have big pumps, as well as the temp. power available to power them up, plus dehumidifiers etc for drying out buildings. Damps following flood is one of the big problems and so with all this going for them I did actually top up today selling my Insurers shares at profit before they take big hit. .

The Citizen press article appears to indicate discussions have found an potential mistake in the Tanzanian Govt audit committees report on what has been paid previous by Acacia which has raised doubts to the reports findings if Acacia are true. I think the concern about the North Koreans launching more rockets has caused the price to rise today of Gold and hence Acacia, who if they have a lot of unsold stock will benefit more than most. It is good the price is drifting back now with some gusto!

The Canadian News of the Aircraft seizure is old news and I saw this when first reported over a week ago and could not see how it actually affected Acacia at all. There many reasons for Aircraft being seized and in most instances it is related to the operation of the Aircraft itself, which could be a license issue or something the Aircraft operator needs to sort. For the issue we have here I have since contacted the firm and they are actually very positive about an outcome and both sides are happy to continue to discuss. So the talks are ongoing and constructively positive. No news is therefore good news in this instance;

i did contact the press office and can say that the talks continue and that if they had not the Company would have had to disclose it. They have not because the talks continue but they are all hopeful of a successful outcome. My feeling is things must have been going well otherwise both sides could and would have walked out already-clearly there is something worth discussing. If the mines start to close that is purely for economic reasons and will protect shareholders. My feeling is then to start looking elsewhere for production.

Back from Hols, I know the sketch... EAT Grande Latte with three sugars, and start looking through the 100 odd e'mails. long lunch to catch up with staff and maybe we will get something tomorrow of Wednesday. I feel if it was bad news we would have had something by now so I am hopeful. Lets see if Opium is wrong? Share price back up to 191.30, and a big buy after close!

I must say Giles and the Team are very relaxed which is most settling and I honestly do not feel they feel the situation we have here is threatening the Death of the Company and that is why I have always maintained a strong buy. Let us hope and pray that they are correct with this found confidence. Time will no doubt tell like all things and perhaps when he returns we can have a positive update .

I did try and contact the firm today but heard the press. secretary is currently away on hols, so hopefully he may be back next week whereupon we may get hopefully some good news!

On interactive investor site reports are a Mine is being shut and rioting is in progress. It appears if true public opinion is not favourable to the govt.or theirs actions I suppose. I can now see the share price also moving up fast in line with the sentiment-so it seems.

I'm also use HSBC and I feel they should be quite accurate with their recommendations, so am pleased you mentioned it..

Shorters still selling though - so lets hope any good news comes out quick and fast!!

I think Acacia has a shine over Hochschild results now any day. I can see the likes of Prudential coming in here now as after all the ACACIA shares results were actually quite good and if the on going discussions come out good this share will take off, but unless the Silver price comes back fast Hoch will go down. Don't get me wrong I like both Companies but Acacia is the one with the biggest possibilities of upside. Yesterday was reported as short sellers coming in who may be very sorry soon!
