I feel deal is a lot less than it could have been and now opens up to a longer term commitment. The govt was looking for a partner to also manage its other mines held and operated by other comps in the long run I seem to remember. Perhaps Aca has now become that long term partner.

What an improved share cast announcement on last time. Absolute stunning results. I think some of the big players may come back in here soon. I bet Prudential and M&G will be one! I forgot in addition to the Silver how much else they product particularly Gold! I am glad I came back in a few weeks ago.

Appears Blackrock have increased their stake today to over 6% and the last time they did that by pure co-incidence the next day we had a very positive announcement, perhaps by chance we may have something on the way? Lets see they are no fools!

I may be wrong but I feel something will be released soon, perhaps in stages leading up to the final event? or I may be wrong and am just over heating in the smeltering temps we have here in October!

When you have the credit rating being upgraded on this A plus share, and then the likes of the big Players Prudential and others increasing their stake you know you are on to a good'un. If the interest rate does start increasing this share will be one of the main beneficiaries but then the likes of the big fund managers know that already.

They will;have Insurance in place believe me, they will be Statutory liable for certain types of Liability particularly in the Aerospace Industry and they will have to have arranged Insurance to operate and have licences to operate in certain Countries and States in the World where the Laws are very stringent. I feel that the reason for non disclosure is that the terms of their Insurance Policies are such that they will need to allow Insurers control of the negotiation. Insurers are very experienced in such matters and will have access to the best and most qualified for the claims in question. The fact on the non disclosure gives me a greater comfort that there are Insurances in place.

I do not feel the CEO statement is open and complete and may be protecting negotiationsf, i.e. They should have Products Liability Insurance for any faulty products, Fidelity Insurance for dishonest employees (if any), and Director and Officers Liability for any senior employees wrong doing. I therefore do not understand why the claims will be an impact without extra info. but perhaps that is why we cannot be told much about the issue as the Insurers negotiate. The future may not be as bad as everyone expects so this stock is now looking good value and a strong buy!

I had exactly the same response from ACA in the Uk. As long as the discussions continue it is good news, and they are all hopeful of a successful outcome. If the talks had broken down we would need to be told, as this is a regulatory requirement -so the talks continue and will be making good progress, hopefully soon with a positive result for all.

Should see take off to �2-30 per J.P.MORGAN on raised projection of Dore (Gold and Silver hard product-non composite) with production ozs increase! If I were a shorter now I would be very afraid!

I feel the analysts have studied the recent announcement and realise how undervalued this share now actually is, or as you say something is in the offing.... about time!

Fridays announcement states as the export ban only applies to concentrate, the finding of additional hard gold and silver will increase exports and bring in restored cash flow to allow the mine to remain open, This is good news for both the Govt. and shareholders. I must admit I was most surprised how many ounces will be additionally produced which shows how strong the Company reserves actually are and also how under priced the share price is too, whilst the in house due diligence continues.

I feel the rise today is due to growing demand and the European business growth pick up, and what with Mr Draghi showing a nil % rise in the Euro Lending rate =equals a rise where commodities such as Silver and Gold are looked upon as a currency. I can see the way this is going HOC will stay on a higher path for a while.especially when the World uncertainty is taken into account.

Certain Islands have now lost power as the eye of the Storm moves on to the Florida Keys. This could bring additional income to Aggreko the Temp. power provider?
