Don't jump to conclusions7 Nov 2017 13:40
Stick to the facts, communicate with the Company if in doubt. This is what I do not like incorrect comments. The Acacia deal is not yet done-Acacia have not yet approved it. The law in this Country has to be complied with. It may be that is why the two execs. have resigned because they can see this too, although they refer to staying on for a smooth transition period. At least give a little time for the finer legal details be worked out. The Aca shareholders will have to agree to the deal, a formal and legal process has to be maintained. This is still a Footse Comp. after all. I cannot see the Law having been broken yet, but I am not a legal adviser and so these are my own honest comments as always. Please don't jump to conclusions. This will work itself out. I see a new sub-company in Tanzania, with also a new exploration Company outside of Tanzania still owned by the existing Shareholders.
