LMA, not sure I concur with a dilution theory as surely that values CNR at zero, it isn't, it's a fully permitted, ready for construction 1m oz (plus, plus) resource in a gold mining friendly jurisdiction.

LMA, correct it has lapsed. Plus El Sal now has a new mining law which would have voided any interests anyway. This direct from Mark Child a couple of weeks ago.

A question for those that have been with CNR forever like me, do we still hold legal and enforceable interests in El Salvador and do those rights pass to MTL? Don't forget the El Sal government now have a different view.

Yep, opinions on the merits or otherwise of the takeover no longer matter. What matters is what we do as MTL going forward.

On a lighter note, there ought to be a decent number of sensible new contributors to this chat board. Whilst Condor had its fair share of less informed people, there is a strong depth of those that actually do understand what they were invested in. Even if we allowed ourselves to dream a bit too much.

It’s a moving target, too many unknowns. Plus the Gold price massively impacts outcome. All I know is we will be higher than the price we are now!

Well, whatever we may have thought (former CNR holders), this deal is happening barring an unforeseen no vote. Now I'm resigned to matters I'm actually quite looking forward to MTL events in the next year or so.

It's worth bearing in mind, you'll only be counted if you vote, if you don't you will not form part of the percentage and if you do there is no abstain option, your are for or against.

I'm for and have voted accordingly.
