As I said last week, everything at the moment should be about the explosive share price potential in Nicaragua, almost nothing else matters right now. Whilst I get the importance of our main jurisdiction, for the moment we should be looking at the only 'real' revenue producing project after 2026, which is at La India. The rest is froth and just talking points until producing revenue.

We are presently getting bogged down with something that may not happen (near term) rather than something that actually is happening. The value right now is Nic.

Indeed but what matters right now is cashflow and after 2026 (early 2027), only Nic will deliver that (for now).

I personally think the story has flipped at MTL, what really matters now is Nicaragua not the Philippines, whilst I do understand the hugely serious impact Dupax or other projects may have, the 'short' term production story, the revenue producing one that matters is about to be in Central America. I do feel we need to have a broader perspective, MTL have done a stellar job in Pip but Nic is currently more important.

Thoughts?

Trump's attitude to hemispheric influence, such as Venezuela, maybe Cuba, Colombia, Nicaragua etc??

How does this impact MTL, whilst I see no immediate issue, is our share price impacted either way (short or longer term), negatively because of the possibility of regime change or positively because of gold price, thoughts welcomed.

I'm taking no view, but the markets may.

I'm an LTH in physical Ag, I think it's at about £8/oz and its more than my own weight :-), £450 would be good :-) not going to happen though

I'm guessing all those tightly spaced drill holes in the second image are ore definitions and we are stockpiling at a fair old rate.

Consolidations almost always end up losing value for shareholders. Thats why at the moment it’s not on the cards.

I've not checked the final exercise date, but exercising early is almost always for a sell, otherwise why tie money up early for no reason.

Looking at that Plant on site, just brings scale into perspective, what a huge operation this is. We are very much not going to be a 'small' company for much longer!

I concur, I'm also not absolutely certain of this fact. There may be some JM de-risking but I honestly can't see a complete sell off either.

With the world the way it is at the moment, even the stablest of countries like the USA, Russia and China are politically risky, actually Nicaragua migt be considered more stable ironically :-)

I tend to agree with what this guy has to say, a sell off is well overdue and it'll take everything linked to Gold down with it. I'm kind of sat here hoping it happens sooner rather than later just to get it over with before we go to production at La India.

Yep, La India ought to be our present focus.
