The mid price, above or below cut off to determine if it is a buy or sell is only partly useful. Many trades are categorised completely incorrectly.

If the price is rising there are more buys, if it is falling there are more sells. The rest is noise.

Maybe to discourage buying due to liquidity issues. It'll tighten as trading becomes more orderly.

Same here. They’ve calculated at around cash of 9,6p for me not the 9,9p. Duly queried.

My reply from HL is similar, 29/1/25 for cash, Shares and CVRs on or around 16th (today) but not guaranteed.

I’m also liking a rising share price but many of us former CNR holders haven’t yet got our shares so it’s very early days to predict what will happen. Volatility is not unlikely over the next few weeks.

I imagine infill drilling in areas already proven up will be more to do with mine planning than proving resources.

Just a thought, he will not be able to say anything tomorrow other than trivial stuff that is market sensitive, without first announcing via RNS today or first thing tomorrow.

I've also raised the IG issue directly with MTL. It's either a misunderstanding of the facts or a huge mistake on IGs part.

I have contacted MC and asked him to advise Cosec as I believe IG may be breaching market rules if our understanding of the precise situation is accurate.

Lee, I wasn't accusing you of anything. What I'm saying is that IG or whoever it is are now open to litigation because the shares have not been legally admitted for trading yet.

Then someone has f'cked up because legally they cannot be admitted or traded before tomorrow. The official and legally binding court approved timeframe is what it is.

The scheme document is crystal clear, the new MTL shares are not admitted until tomorrow!

Nobody has had shares yet. The selling may be coming from existing holders who may have bought CNR to take advantage of the terms.

Expect much volatility for a few weeks.
