Maybe they postponed the holiday to troll the stock before it was de-listed ... its the last chance they might get. After Monday, yer maws baws....
I never promised anything, I said he could simply take legal advice or go the the court of session, which he is doing. In reality, I think it suits him not to get involved at this stage.
Haha, if all he ever does is get rid of the old board then its a step forward IMHO. I have always been in favour of the club going into administration and the fans taking a greater stake in the club. Attack Mr King all you like, he isn't even on the board. The anti-brigade are obsessed by him, for reasons only they know. Off you pop ....

SoF you need to dry your eyes and move on. The old board were so bad, even de-listing is a price worth paying, to get rid of them. Its laughable that Easdale (one of the men who overseen the loss of £70m) especially as he appointed his brother (a tax crook himself) to the TRFCL board, would even attempt to take legal action. Llambais and Leach allowed funds to be channelled back to Newcastle Utd by signing the wounded 4, entered into contracts with KBA where Llambias was previously a director and his son is still an employee. The Kings of zero hours contracts will simply drag their own unethical business practices into the limelight. If they do attempt legal action I think they should tread carefully. Just ask Lord Ashcroft.
If everything the nay sayers came true. - The club wouldn't exist, it would be a new club, or something they don't seem to quite understand or be able to articulate. - The SFA, SPFL and UEFA wouldn't recognise Rangers history. - Rangers would have lost the Charlie Telfer case. - And that would mean Rangers don't exist. - The company would have gone bust 13 months ago. - King would not have bought any shares. - He was a self publicist and fantasist at one stage. - Ashley would have wiped the floor with King. - There would not have been an EGM. - When there was an EGM Somers, Easdale, Lambias and Leach would have won. - And you wouldn't have lost 2 grand betting on Hibs I could go on .... ....
A classic piece of sheer nonsense from you footyfan. I'll go back to not bothering, no point talking to a halfwit, filter on.
ff if its not being traded we won't see a dead cat bounce. You clearly don't know what that is. Its reference is normally to the stock price. This share as of Monday will have no market price. Plus the only thing propping the price up was TPL, Mr King and fan groups. Getting rid of the old board was a good move, still is. De-listing is a bad move Luckily no one died, no one got injured. A company the owns a football business just decided it could no longer list on a small UK stock exchange.
I think if the Easdales tried to take any board of directors to court for mis-management, lies and half truths, they would probably get laughed out of court. All they seem to do is threaten fans with legal action, like bullies in a school ground. Big Mike may well have a go, but given he is coming under scrutiny for his business practices would it be wise to expose more potential unethical deals in a public forum?, especially given his current overtures for towards Tesco. You just need to look at Lord Ashcroft's problems to see what happens when you come under parliamentary scrutiny.
The essence of my point was, why do you pretend to be a Hibs supporter when your clearly a Celtic supporter?
The problem with your theory Eddie, is that Mr King isn't on the board, and therefore could reasonably argue had no chance to implement his plan. Plus the actors threatening legal action look up to their necks in trying to crash the company. Apart form that, its a cracker.
but never got 25K a week in Edinburgh..... The facts are Eddie pretends to be a Hibs fan but actually supports Celtic. He should just come clean, instead continuing the charade....
You cheer lead a lot for Celtic, given your a Hibs fan Eddie...... strange ???
Eddie, I know you are just trying to twist my point. I didn't mean all the actors had undertaken all the actions, just that all those involved appear tainted with some form of poor practice and/or actions that may represent a conflict for them or connected persons. If you don't think the departure of the NOMAD was orchestrated then feel free to bury your head in the sand. It looks like it backfired on them and played into King's hands. 'Anyone with even a passing acquaintance with Sandy & James would know that they are not the kind of guys that you take advantage of' The above seems to be insinuating some other form of retribution from the Easdales, no mention of other shareholders, amazing you can read SoF's mind. I am impressed ????? :-) CB - It will be interesting if Mr Ashley pursues a case, the more I see of his business practices, the more I see why he is so media shy. He is now receiving parliamentary interest, never a good sign.
Thank goodness you told him SoF he would never have got it.... Haha so what are you saying?. Now the Easdales are threatening physical violence?, deary me.....
I think he once bought a ticket for Ibrox once, he was in the Celtic end....
The problem with any of the proposed 'investors' taking legal action against the new board is - They managed the company so badly they, allowed the share price to slide from 93p to 17p and got voted out of power. - They burned £70m and most likely questions would be asked. - They made such bad decisions (such as signing the wounded 4, agreeing to give Newcastle £0.5m, alienating the customers) that they could be held at least partly culpable. - It was they who let the NOMAD go without handing over to a new NOMAD. - Some of them are convicts already. - Some have seen their CEO's hauled up in front of parliamentary committees already, and, are already media shy. - We still don't know who BP and Margarita are, so I assume the worsed. Who is left to actually front the court case? ...... I am not sure putting their head above the parapet would be wise. Still .... lets see
Or Big Mike could have released some of the £3.2m of the companies cash he was sitting on. He decided not to.... it all about choices I guess.
Inshallah
It will be a long road Craggy, and many bumps along the way, but in spite of yesterday's set I still feel the overall trajectory for the company is upwards.
