There'll not be anything new in this event, at least nothing to move the market in theory. Is it not just a case of bringing analysts/investors etc together and trying to make sure they are on board with the company, it's strategy and where it's going in the future? Any 'market moving news' would be done via RNS. I guess the hope is that analysts will upgrade their notes on CPI after this event and generate some good publicity?

Anyway, it doesn't look to me that there's a rush to buy for the moment and the 13.25 (or lower) I'd suggested a while ago, now looks likely. At that point I'll be looking for an opportunity to start to buy again.

But I've bought on the drop around 15p. I've 'rounded up' my numbers. but still view the possibility of a downside risk. What a shame we can't actually see into the future and are forced to make decisions without having enough information.

AimOK, this seems important to me and might weigh on the SP further (in addition to the election). If there is a risk of some kind of fund-raise (tapping investors) or extension of debt, I think that would worry the market. Is that a possibility? If it is simply a possibility, that could bring the SP off it's current 'highs'. Markets hate uncertainty (that's a quote of some sort from somewhere) and it would seem to me that we have considerable uncertainty at the moment.

Stille, I'm pretty heavy here. I dropped my leveraged positions as previously stated and also 20% of my shares. The reason was that I had/have a view that 463 or lower is very likely (now inevitable or as close as you can get). I retained 80% of my shares which is currently my largest position. At 463 or below, I'll consider adding up to 50% to that position as I have a high conviction that the SP will rise over time.

Beo, you defo sound rattled and moody. I assume you called it badly? Maybe you're not capable of dealing with multiple possible futures and managing risk around those? Whatever, I don't think there was any need for your bad manners. If you don't like me, if you think I'm a time waster, then filter me. Of course if you don't filter me, it would imply that you're afraid of missing what I'm saying. Maybe it actually makes you think?

Thanks Thumper, 463 or below looks inevitable now to me. Probably we'll hit 460 or below although my conviction is lower on that point. Might be worth looking for buyers after that level.

Aha, there you have me Clued, not qualified to comment really. Was just pointing out that the target might be simply a facile chart related target rather than a well thought out company related target. I use a lot of TA so do believe there is value in it.

Clued, there was nothing hidden or complex in what I said, just an observation the the 526 suggestion looks to be simply read from a chart. I don't see it as calculated based on an in depth knowledge of the fundamentals of the business. It still holds value, but I guess I'm saying it's best to see it for what it is. I think we'll see that level and that's the lowest of the levels suggested by brokers in your post. It's already enough for many of us to make a good profit.

For the lower level of 463 or lower that I suggested, it's also read from a chart and I'd feel happier to see it completed before adding to my position. Just a case of market mechanics, removal of a down-side risk.

Clued, I'm pretty sure that however it is actually packaged in the note, that 526 is read straight off the chart. I have it more like 528 or above as a level. Could still see 463 or below first though.

I bought some shares just now. Tentative for the moment as it seems to drop back on the morning session quite often. But it looks to me as though we could get a rise tomorrow. All guess work of course.

For me 14.4 or lower is looking quite likely. After that if we see it, it would be wise to consdier 12.75 and even 12.25.
