If you have and you're happy to consider it truly representative, then I'm afraid I think there's no hope for you.

I have looked at the detail behind it and recommend you do to. You need to read the SPAngel note in full, it's on Hemo's website.

You'll find it's based on a chosen group of companies that simply operate within the blood disease arena (some at clinical Ph3 !! )and/or listed on AIM LSE in various clinical arenas, many of which at Ph2.

Personally I do not accept any implied fair value obtained by simply calculating a medium mCap of such a diverse and small group of companies, many at a much more advanced clinical phase.

To make my point simplistic for your understanding. Let's use a motor industry example.

Would you think Morgan motor cars are deserving the same mCap as Ford or Toyota , because they also make cars ?

It's a classic.... DYOR, you didn't.

No blame on the company or SPAngel who include a disclaimer on "non-independent" research.

I’m glad others understand the risk here.

Unfortunately you’ll find your post buried and quickly overwritten as many here want to distract from anything that dare mention the slightest potential for failure.

I hope there’s new and useful treatments developed for AMl but unsure whether Hemo’s Car-T will be one such.

Seems the informed Biotech investors are reluctant to risk their further funding and i believe that to be a significant red flag.

Why is it the reward of “many multiples” in the future SP is stated here as a given fact !?… It’s absolutely not.

Should H Car-T be successful through clinical trials, then yes we could expect many multiples of current SP.

Considering historically most AML trials have not been successful, statistically the probability of success through trials to adopted treatment, is not favorable .

Were i to believe MrI’s investment claims ( I don’t), it seems to me he’s more likely not to become a millionaire through his investment.

Those who consider potential Reward only are ignorant of the Risk and therefore do not understand the science.

To try and gain insight on the probable SP movement, short term and longer term.

Q.What are my assumptions on the future for Hemo’?

I think there will be a need for further funds before any meaningful read out on ph1 and it’s unlikely to be non-dilutive. I think the future hinges completely on the success of H Car-T as I’m unconvinced of true merit in the other products.

Knowing most clinical trials in the particular AML arena are unsuccessful, for me the Risk/Reward is balanced far to much toward risk at this present time.

Positive news on further funding would change my view somewhat.

I disagree with your conclusion on lack of buying interest.

I believe it’s much more to do with the Risk in future funding & the particular science potentially being leapfrogged by allogenic solutions.

Although i’d agree , there’s no denying retail investors through previous experience are in general, suspicious and disbelieving.

An unembellished ,straightforward, positive funding RNS would change the market sentiment.

The more time passes without, the more risk it’s ever going to happen.

Yep that’s a fair point given past history.

For the SP to rise then it must be many are presently unconvinced, I’m not sure that’s the case.

From memory (could be wrong), VS “expects” patient(s) dossed and preliminary ph1 results, by year end.

The market knows the above , so why are many here getting excited and seemingly expecting an SP rise in the event an RNS pops up to re-confirm ?

Maybe I’m missing some other importance?

Let’s be fair, there’s no love lost between us, is an understatement.

However, as on various occasions in the past, we agree on some aspect.

As your recent post ( time out elapsed ?)you clearly have an issue with the company getting anywhere near a point where they can attempt another diluting placing.

On this point only, i agree with your thoughts and wishes.

I know you’re informed on how this game works and you’ll have noticed a new team has been fielded to try and frustrate your wishes.

The only plus being ,they’re pretty poor and a shadow of your own previous efforts. A backhanded compliment if you like.

So, through their failings you might just get your wish granted.
