Let me put it into context.

Magnificent Opportunity.

With the recent test results there’s now a magnificent opportunity to commercialize and make many, millions in profit, so many believe.

So, i raise $8m on the strength of that magnificent opportunity but then invest it elsewhere.

That elsewhere will deliver me $1mill total by the end of next year according to the third party the company referance. It might deliver a total of $1.5m should they sell the Co2 they hope to.

So rather than accelerate the magnificent opportunity to commercialise and deliver the magnificent profit, i’m going to invest elsewhere with a maximum $1.5m opportunity by end 2025.

Yeah, all clear to me !

So you’re suggesting it’s good business to raise $8 mill today in return for a possible $1.5mill in H2 2025.

The proposition is, a requirement of funds to advance the Tanzania opportunity (Primary Focus) and we’ll do that by spending $8mill now for a possible $1.5mill next year!

The above is all written within the RNS’s of today.

The numbers are indisputable as they’re company announced numbers not mine.

No one can argue the above but i know this post will quickly be buried for fear of others understanding the reality.

I’m sorry you’re incorrect.

You have indeed used the word “significant” see below.

I’ve explained my position;

I wouldn’t be investing as the limited NHS market available for POC Sales where the NICE preferred Lab testing is unavailable/being built, in my view would not result in “significant “ new sales for GD POC.

This combined with the two red flags of no company statement on potential forecast sales & NICE recommendation for further monitoring of the GD POC test accuracy, underlining my conclusion.

However, you’ve now advised the company has an EXPECTATION of SIGNIFICANT new sales (Paraphrased).

Within my explanation you’ll understand why your post describing what you’ve been advised , is indeed pertinent to investors and hence the need for clarification.

So my question to you;

Have you been advised by the company of an expectation of significant new sales ?
