Why disappointed. What's happened is exactly what I predicted.

I posted company newsflow. I posted opinions based on the company newsflow, which showed red flags.

It was obvious revenue growth rate had slowed.

The company was being talked up so they could sell. The chairman dumped his entire holding in 2 tranches, in Feb 2024 and July 2024. Then the CEO's huge options started to exercise in Feb this year.

I also mentioned that the next year's revenues are usually all booked many months in advance and 90%+ booked by Jan of the year.

Those red flags were there for all to see.

The usual gang were pulling the wool over your eyes and have disappeared!!

TLY provide services to HMP, GP physio/dermatology, NHS 111, Corporate Wellbeing directly to corporations, Elective Care to group of hospitals in Ireland.

There are 42 ICS and NHS England.

They are NOT a SINGLE customer business. I mentioned this before, yet you persist in deliberately posting misleading information.

NHS England is 1 customer.

There are 42 ICS in England, each a potential customer.

That's 43 potential customers.

As per my previous post, the Govn abolished NHS England and demanded significant cost savings from the 42 ICS.

It's not just ONE customer as you are posting.

As posted dozens of times, that is misleading statement. There are 4 UK NHS national bodies, NHS England, NHS Wales, NHS Scotland and NHS NI. There are dozens of local NHS bodies, who award the contracts. Look at any contract win/extension and it's awarded by local NHS bodies.

As well as UK, the company also has contracts in Republic of Ireland. HMP in UK. Plus their Company Wellbeing services to corporations.

Can you provide evidence that Republic of Ireland is part of the UK NHS? NO

This is what looks like happened:

Firstly, spare a thought for the hundreds of staff at NHS and TLY who could lose their jobs. spare a thought for the thousands of patients, who are likely to have to suffer longer waiting times!!!

As far I'm aware, the Negligence claim was never mentioned by the company. That needs to be addressed as to why.

To other points:

TLY are aligned to the NHS. When NHS are doing well, so would TLY and vice versa...

The problems that have impacted the NHS, also impact TLY.

1) Covid resulted in wage inflation.

2) Junior doctors strike meant higher costs for NHS/TLY

3) Labour comes into power

4) Only 2 months ago, Labour Abolish NHS England, the national NHS body.

5) Labour also demand local NHS bodies significantly reduce costs.

Points 4 & 5 resulted in disruption to services.

None of that was expected.

Well, nothing to say further about your post from 4 months ago, suggesting the Letter of Intent will quickly lead to contract as the terms would have already been agreed?

If you can't back up your post then it can be assumed you were pulling the wool over reader's eyes, can't it?

Having worked with LOIs for many years I can tell you that they tie the parties to the terms agreed whilst a contract is drawn up and then signed.

The critical terms, for example the contract sum, duration, damages clauses, etc would already be agreed whether it be by negotiation or tender. You don't have 'open' LOIs.

I'm asking you about HVO and the letter of Intent, which you claimed you've years of experience in dealing with LoI.

You're diverting away, yet again, which is what Hallsworthy etc have been doing for years, when asked about HVO & Polb..

4 months gone since.

Given you claim you've worked with LoI for years and also claim the parties are already tied to the terms agreed, where's the contract? It doesn't take 4 months to draw up a contract.

Their admin costs are c£4m.

They've raised enough to pay for an circa, additional year's of admin costs, which is why the cash is expected to last until 2027.

I expect they'll have to come back for another placing next year

My posts here, Polb have been proven right. The chairman DID dump the entire holding, whilst the shares were being talked up. Revenue growth rate has slowed. The CEO did sell options as soon as he could.

They were talking it early in 2025 then the CEO exercises options.

As to Letter of Intent, where is the contract?.

The trial was supposed to start H2 2025, so starting 1st July 2025, ie in 5 weeks time!!!!

It takes months to setup a trial, so they cutting it fine to start the trial in H2 2025.

Those huge options, were back dated and started to exercise from Feb this year.
