I reckoned there were going to be 8 new sites in the new SW cluster from PG's very handy satellite work earlier this week. They have done two which form the bottom two spots on a dice showing 4. The remaining four are in a Y shape stretching west from these two. They have started on the top left of the Y by the look of things.

With six rigs active on site, and yet six new locations not visible every new satellite image, can we assume anything? A couple of rigs are dedicated to drilling quick and fast through the 400m of cover, for one of the other core drills to then take over? They are drilling much deeper (~2,000m) which is taking longer hence fewer new holes?

I just had to have another wee top up too with a cheeky little limit triggered. My excuse? Rounding up the holding to an even number of 100,000s. Not TR1 material!

Anticipate a plunging share price followed by months if not years wallowing in the doldrums - cos I just had a sneaky little Limit trigger and topped up my holdings - normally the kiss of death for any share I hold.

Where this lot do satellite imagery try the HUR board for the Ship AIS gurus......

I guess it makes sense to use previous holes specially with 400m of dross to drill through before you reach interesting parts. Presumably you can veer off towards the point of interest easily enough.

I bet even finding the capped holes is a nightmare in all the sand and dust....even with GPS in hand.

Is it possibly revisiting historic drill locations? It looks to my untrained eye to be in the middle ish of eight lighter spots. The new one is the bottom left of four fits as in the face of a dice. The other four are in a Y formation stretching north west.

Or there's a fly perched on the lens of the camera on the satellite.....

No mystery.....they'll be after some Orkney Raven and a steak from the Upper Deck.

Thank you for reminding me I had sold out at 69p a week or so ago...... Having waited years to make a 2% gain. Growth stopped when I arrived. This seems to happen with much of what I buy.....

One of the companies that BREE bought sold out - ditching about 9% of the shares for 59p each. Share price mirrors that, may creep back up over following weeks....

That Alliance report is nonsense. The intern rehashed the RNS ineptly. The OO did not hit the target hence the need to beg IIs to cover the shortfall.

....HeidHoncho needs the mention and credit for spotting critical wording differences regarding the £250k from Directors.

So, if the IIs had stepped up to grab the unwanted 2p *bargain" shares the whole process would have been done by midnight and there would have been a 7am RNS announcing the fund raising was completed, target hit.

My reading of this is PIs have lost money here for years, IIs have never been keen to lose theirs, and despite the number of new names with virtually no posting history coming on here to say they are taking up all of the OO and then saying they were subscribing for more as the close date approached, the fundraising is a damp squib.

Whiff of rat in the nostrils too with another poster pointing out the director's £250k commitment was not clear if it was for 2p shares or cheaper ones in the sweep up afterwards.

Why buy 51% of a listed entity?

If you and your wealthy pals want to make a wodge over the long term why not set up your own entity and land those big deals. You will be duly rewarded, 100% of those rewards.

I guess the answer is it is tricky to partially sell out (or wholly sell out) a private entity as it takes time to find a buyer. That buyer would have to agree a price with the major share holders to take control, having to negotiate with multiple parties is faff.

Going via a listed entity means you can cut and run at any time, any proportion of your holding, and do a TR1 if required after the event.

This has alarm bells ringing for me too .... I was fortunately out of MXO before they became ADME and thought I was lucky at the time.

Seems a share price for IH is to be found in Shergar's nose bag..... the internet took me to CityWire info from 5 months ago.
I now wonder if 5p is equal to a 100% write off.

Skeletons and cupboards leap to mind. Lopping 5p off the value of Industrial Heat, tweaking another holding up so overall asset value is 4 3p less. More than 10% of our current market value.

Any one care to advise me what 5p off IH's value is in percentage terms?

Wonder why they don't kitchen sink it and haul out all the duds in one RNS? There could be many more mornings like this whilst Schroders rummage through these holdings.

I would probably, for example, buy at 1, sell at 1.5 and watch the share go up to 7!

Being trapped in SVS lets me watch the rise to 7 on this and other holdings from the side lines. I bet a lot of shares are going to be hit when SVS holders get access to trade again in April 2020.

I should be in there please with 1.075p. and if you object to so many decimal place you may round it up to a more optimistic 1.08p
