JC, I think you are talking about "four spots on a dice and a capital Y" in the SW that looked like cleared areas since a long time. (That means several weeks for the largely impatient bunch who now infest this board with their wild share predictions and misleading statements of how many Oz of gold we already have at HAV.)

If you do look in the south east there are multiple cleared areas like strings of dots that could be future holes.

All these feature are orientated from WNW to ESE.

I was wondering if the images were going to show more greenery now we are in the wet season. Think everything is now a darker brown, or blue if you play with filter settings enough.....

Was idly trying to work out where Scallywag is (for future reference) on the satellite image (or some other map) and discovered a lump called "Granite Mountain". Let's hope all the gravity anomalies aren't just granite..... And are more golden than grey.

PG, am I right in thinking the expected Thursday satellite image was cloudy, so you are finding other ways to pass the time and amuse us all.

I prefer to forecast/guess future SPs on known facts and future news flow. Our current tally of credible resource estimates is precisely zero.
Borden had 2MOz of gold resource in a shallow part of safe mining jurisdiction Canada near existing mining operations bought for the equivalent of £150million (adjusting for gold and currency moves since that deal). Our current market cap is circa £80million. That means the market is hoping we have found about 1MOz of recoverable gold at HAV, assigning zero current value across all our other exploration tenements. We need our first formal resource estimate, which I do recall reading could be provided with results from about fifty holes. Roll on the Newcrest update at the end of the month - it should set a floor for the SP if it has a MRE - anything above that SP is a speculative bubble. The kind of hot air I'm hoping brings my retirement date closer.

The market doesn't agree - 25% drop. That debt pile is still mountainous.
I think I bought these in the middle of the last decade cos they were allegedly a takeover target..... Stayed for no particular reasons other than liking the dividend and being too lazy to sell and take a loss.

Have to admit I thought you'd all been over doing the Christmas cheese yesterday and seeing things that were not there in the satellite image......

Then I too started played with the RGB settings after reading comments yesterday. Now on B1, B2, B3 to easily see the white highlighted and switching back to true colour as a double check, if you wonder.....

So looking at the four-in-a-row dark holes on a substantial piece of lighter surface materials in the far south west, the two most easterly (dark) holes have a white dot (machinery?) on their northern edge.

Looking for this same set up elsewhere the eastern edge of the dark surface material - within 1km of the four holes and north - has at least five maybe more similar white dots by large black spots in a sort of curved layout. Generally the white is to the south of the black dots.

North of the first four holes I can see perhaps another two or three black hole / white dot locations. The ground material is more blotchy here so it is hard to be certain. It seems to be a busy spot with half a dozen white dots in a very small cluster.

Could it be we already have ten rigs active on site? With most of the activity on the east?

To be fair I bought via SVS at 2.7p, watched them fall to 1.6p (in common with many of SVS's recommendations) and probably would've sold at 4p of I'd had access to my account at the time. Hence I am somewhat bemused to watch from the sidelines as it went to the low 20s..... Would've loved to sell then!

....all too believable news, I did highlight the ADME tale when the new investors arrived like Fairy Godmothers, and was poo-poo'd at the time. The woolly wording around when they could sell their shares was also a concern - they have wriggle room for ditching 4million sharea. Ifear no "oops I pushed the wrong button and sold..... And here's the dough for those shares I also forgot to send you" will be forthcoming. These are the pump & dump experts operating here....

You guys with this Winu chat may have answered a thought I had regarding what our soon to be ten rigs will be doing on site at HAV. Would they likely be split into two groups, one lot to do more in fill drilling to prove up areas close to known good grades, and the second to find the extent of the orebody. In terms of what we see from the satellite images over the course of January and February it may be deceptive, specially if either group stay at one location, even starting from existing holes, to drill in multiple directions. We won't see multiple new drill pads peppering the desert in this scenario yet the rigs will still be getting the drill numbers up to and beyond 100,000m.

I presume the drill pattern to date is either related to the normal approach in early days of proving up the extent of an orebody with lots of individual holes, and related to the 400m depth of the start of the good stuff, and partly due to ground conditions with no intentions of drilling through loose sand dunes or creek beds prone to flash flooding in the rainy season.

When looking at other projects on the 3D corebox site it struck me that a lot of those others seemed to have a distinctly similar drill pattern - a quite straight line of holes spaced at 30m, with each hole being used half a dozen times to drill in a fan pattern perpendicularly out to both sides and down to depth pretty much vertically below the surface. The overall look created a thing that resembled a millipede to my eye.

I'm musing that when the satellite images don't show a gazillion new drill sites within a fortnight or so that there may be a lot of selling by the inpatient holders (who may have been recent not so well researched buyers) with a corresponding SP drop matching our recent SP rise.

Even though we haven't even seen the NCM Dec 19 quarterly update yet I'm more curious now about their end March 20 news which should cover results of six to eight weeks of drilling with ten rigs when released in April...... which may also be the date I get access back to a chunk of my overall GGP holdings - still currently trapped by the SVS shutdown.
