.....through all the discussions on this BB of variables like POG, millions of tons of ore we have, likely ounces of gold and percentage of copper in every ton and the US$ exchange rate; I personally stick with 1 penny of value justified for our share price per 1 Million Ounces of gold (or equivalent). Gives me a big enough number to be happy with; and will be delighted if short term exuberance makes the price frothier and causes it to go higher when we get the MRE.

Telfer's forecast is "mostly sunny" and 41C and 42C maximum temperatures all week. Bodes well for a clear satellite picture on Monday. Not so good for any start on drilling Scallywag.

.....and getting ever cheaper. A very much unloved share with way too much debt for the market's liking.

I'm presuming market upheaval courtesy of Corona virus and oil pricing will kill off a few zombie companies over the next few months...

Just had a quick look at the recent Telfer weather and forecast, back into the low 40s Deg C over the weekend with high 30s all next week. I was thinking any initial Scallywag exploration with a handful of drill holes by GGP won't happen until those temperatures drop a good bit. Probably better done in an air temperature less than normal body temperature.

From the farcical comedy of the overblown opening paragraph, passing the three exclamation marks, a dig at Tesla for having a stratospheric share price when not profitable, a Wikipedia cut and paste summary of lethal disease outbreaks and a quote from Winston Churchill..... all in today's"update".

I would've preferred more detail and self awareness as to why our own business hadn't boomed as hoped from the Board.

Why am I a shareholder here?

The minute a major does not pay what the wider world perceives as "fair value" for a new find then there will be no junior explorers - why fund such work if your pay day is in doubt? With no new finds the majors will slowly dissipate their mines and then realise they should've fed the golden geese.

Majors don't want the hassle and expense of sending exploration teams to the four corners of the globe on the off chance of finding something worthwhile. They'd rather let an army of junior explorers do the leg work funded by PI and venture capital hoping to be lucky and get rich quick.

As for MREs not reflecting the final true value of a find I presume there is a "trailing payment* if a explorer sells their find and it turns out to be bigger when fully developed.

An analogy may be in football where the teenage player is sold to a bigger club with a clause taking a percentage of any future transfer fees - just in case the spotty yoof turns out to be the next Ronaldo or Messi, rather than the plumbers apprentice when his football dreams don't work out.

Back to patience mode then. Set next alarm for 6th March's image.

Can anyone get today's satellite image to load correctly?
Sentinel has three images available but the one best centred on Telfer's has a lots of little fluffy clouds and an enormous blank white square just where HAV is......

Does the multi million dollar satellite repeatedly broadcast missing chunks of data until the ground receives it OK? Or is it just my $150 smartphone playing up. Or should we start a conspiracy theory?

Two things caught my eye. Antipa are in control of the exploration - Not NC. And they are giving them 8 years to spend the $60million. Just shows how different and accelerated the approach at HAV is......

I've got a whole series of top ups programmed across a range of brokers the all the way down to mid range of 2p to 3p. Sometimes you just can't resist....

One buy yesterday triggered at 4.795p.
The next few days will show how many more get triggered during the widespread market drops.

Our neighbours playing "nearology" may yet find they have valuable land. We may need all that space for our railroad marshalling yard for all the wagons shipping ore to Telfer.
