Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Hi Notes Lanstead describes itself as a global investment firm that provides funding for ongoing business objectives, it does not provide a mergers and aquisitions service and it is only concerned with putting its own money into companies. VSA says that it has an extensive background advising on a wide range of public and private transactions It also says that it offers independent advice to public and private companies, across a wide range of jurisdictions, on accessing both equity and debt capital markets, so it is a completely different type of company, the sort of company that is needed when major financing is involved.
They don't look that green to me though - diesel generators;
"Power Rental You Need, When You Need It
During the past 40 years, Aggreko has continued to custom-build generator rentals to meet the changing needs of your industry, including:
Temporary power in sizes from 30kW to 1500kW
Diesel generators units to containerized power units
Natural gas generators, cost-effective and less impact on the environment
Low-maintenance, quiet generators for low-noise applications like movie sets
Quiet generators for onboard or dockside needs within the Shipping Industry
Towable, portable generators ideal for use in the Construction and Contracting Industries
New advances in spill containment prevents spillage of fuel and engine fluids "

Can anybody guess who posted this on the 9th November?
"someone just sent me something from "Simply Wall St." "analyst optimistic ".. cant get this article on to the board...has anybody seen this? I have read it and if its not b**locks it seems that AFC will be in profit in 2019 ..."
From what I can remember, I thought the 1800 hours referred to the stack run time at Stade at the time of the AGM whereas the subsystems to make up the Alkammonia unit only turned up at Dunsfold a few days before the AGM
However interesting to see that 3.15 approximately, is the multiplier used to extrapolate life expectancy.
HI BB it does say, "successful integration of subsystems into the Alkammonia system", the subsystems being, "a highly efficient and low-cost alkaline fuel cell system, plus a novel ammonia fuel system which consists of a fuel delivery system and a cracker system for generation of a hydrogen rich gas. "
So it looks as though the stack was tested in the the unit.
It also says that what has been demonstrated was a short-term test and that they have yet to complete the longevity testing, so it doesn't mean the stacks only last nine months.
Hi BB, I read the PHE RNS as though they've actually got the new equipment on site; "and with newly acquired, highly-specialised, equipment". I doubt if AFC would think that shipping a fuel cell to PHE warranted an RNS, on past performance.
I might be barking up the wrong tree, but it occurred to me that it was possible that any contracts with Australia are being delayed whilst Southern Oil waits on "Dr Alan Finkel, . . . preparing a plan for a national hydrogen strategy, which the federal and state governments would consider next month."
If as a result of the meeting the Aus gov instigates some form of subsidy for new fuel cell installations, it would be worth Southern's while to wait.
You've created a straw man argument AnneOwl
You said; "Anyone else find it odd that 'Kore' isn't mentioned once in the RNS"
I replied; "Kore as an entity," has not been mentioned in an RNS for years, which is true, and it's been obvious for some time that the three tier Kore has been replaced with a system made up of multiple 10KW units.
Nobody at any time has ever said on here that the name Kore has been dumped or that it's not been in use for years. However, the replumbed Kore is still an evolutionary dead end, whether it's running at the moment or not.
Yes AnneOwl
" Reconfiguration of the balance of plant to facilitate the above changes and which address legacy design inefficiencies observed in the earlier KORE system."
"earlier KORE system" - which means that the Kore as an entity was not in the running any longer .
So I stand by what I was saying the 10 KW system has been obvious since the new website was created.
