Dear Mr Rennocks,
I am a long term holder of AFC Energy shares.
As Chairman of AFC Energy you have a duty to its investors, and as such I feel that AFC should issue an RNS with regard to the share price movement.
If you have no knowledge of why the share price is where it is, this should be stated, equally, if you do know the reason for the fall in the share price, this should also be explained to the shareholders.
There has been quite aggressive A trade behaviour on this share, which to my mind looks like a blatant manipulation of the share price, and there is some tangible evidence for this manipulation.
Yours sincerely
Hi BB, did Gibson state specifically it was the manufacture of the product he was talking about, or was he actually referring to the background financial horse trading that goes on when doing a deal? I would have thought that the manufacturing agreement would be the big issue on everybody's mind at AFC considering the amount of discussion needed to thrash out an agreement acceptable to all.
According to the Appeal Decision the renewable energy facility "is now in the process of being constructed" as of 18th March 2018, so it doesn't look to me as though there's going to be much change to the size of the final facility whatever the outcome of this present appeal. If they make too much electricity for the development it can just be exported.

A few weeks back we had single AT trades of 5, 3, 4 and I made a joke that we needed a 2 trade and 1 trade before we had lift off! We've had two 2 UT trades over the past two days and today's first trade is a 1 UT trade, so perhaps lift off is close. lol
Hi richlist, I did a II bed and Isa this year for the first time, my account having also been taken over. Apart from setting up the new account which took a few hours to register it was quite straightforward. From what I can remember I made two separate transactions and they were both within bounds of acceptability. Of course they might have changed the rules since then.
I'm in Hargreaves Lansdown as well which generally is good value for B&I only a small difference in the sell and buy back apart from once when I had to have a little word with them! I think they occasionally try and pull a fast one to see if anybody complains!
