I can feel your optimism but like on previous posts from Feb onwards this is not a rubber stamping exercise.
This comes simply down to Politics, pure and simple.
If the new moratorium released in March is used to the letter of the law then this will become dirty by means of others with influence not taking to the process that sub-coal will give including the moving of waste into Wales for burning.
I am pro Usk based on the principle that to get to electrification requires diverse and renewable energy stream that may not initially be zero, however given the plastic pollution positive from sub-coal and the energy it will produce then to me this is a no brainer, however politicians generally have other motives.
With regards to Tidal. It is as if the comments i made last week were heard with regards to spinning the positives on what SAE are a world leader at.
Again hope this is an ongoing upward trend.
