What SP is stagnent and what next?16 Jul 2022 14:31
With the SP now being maintained at just under 2p I think there needs to be more certainty with regards to the finances and also what the actual objective are for SAE.
YES Tidal is a given etc, but based on the company growth I also think they must also look at other ways of getting the coal to energy conversions as well in the areas around the world.
This will if successful unlock a potential of 25 years worth of not more of reducing the impact from these coal powered stations and remove plastic waste.
I know there are people that assume naturally that SAE should leave this alone but in my opinion the first project they win for this will open the floodgates for lots of income that can assist in the tidal array technology for them globally.
This would then tie in with tidal and BESS type project aimed at effective sources and battery back up of energy.
In fact in one of the latest RNSs it was even stated that this is an opportunity that SAE are looking to develop.
BESS happened quickly considering the Uskmouth pallet problems there let's assume that SAE can find a project or partner for sub-coal pellets at a known site then we are really looking at the SP rerating.
To be fair the only reason why the SP is not 5-10p is the finances.
If some more news for sub-coal pellets or another project was communicated then this would sure up the SP.
As per SAE STATEMENT BELOW
SUBCOAL PELLETS DERIVED FROM PLASTIC IS STILL ON THE AGENDA FOR SAE.
Look at the world and energy.
Too much plastic waste.
Too expensive for energy
The potential of rising cost to consumer for years to come.
The above can be a blessing for the area that SAE are in.
GR statement on sub-coal.
SAE remains committed to accelerating the transition of existing coal fired generation to lower emissions fuel and is working with it partners to take the vital lessons learnt to other countries where it can make the most impact.
