SAE and I hate to say it as a LTH have made mistakes and not delivered on much at the moment.

The only and I state the only reason that SAE went from 6p a few year ago to the Kate summer heady heights of 32p was based on Uskmouth Project and the potential with the investment that was going to be undertaken by a Korean Financial institute in Hana.

This was seen has giving a big return and the investor and market jumped on it one Friday a while ago and it went from about 18p to 32p in that day.

From there the Newport debacle entailed in conjunction with GFG.

Then planning permission not given.
A U turn by the Welsh Government.

Then more work with delays.

Then the drop went down to 12p a few months later it was 6p.

The company tried to raise cash.

Shares were then relisted at 2.5p.

Since then the news was not good.

This included owing monies.

Scotland assisted with £2 million plus.

CFD was won

Meygen 2 semi secured.

BESS revealed and Usk Power shelved.

Turbine not going back in the water on time.

Accounts showed some issues from auditors.

Dropped below 1p for a short period and has been jumping up and down along the way.

So you see Ketch and tidalover.
All the above is from what I know and can ramp as a like or have a gripe as a like on this BB as a LTH.

I do hope that the fortunes change but...
The fortunes this far have left a very sour taste in some investors mouths so please don't be too quick sometimes in stating that I may have motives.

Tidal is the main priority for SAE.

However the reason I mention other revenue sources is simply that it will be unsustainable for SAE.

The cost per turbine to build, test and deploy at the moment is very expensive.

Other income streams are required it's a must.

Unlike some I do actually look further and beyond tidal.

As I am aware the books of SAE are not good and the income from BESS will not last forever with wages, turbine, deployment and R&D.

If that would have been an issue then initial study groups and feed groups would have highlighted this.

The Labour leader may just have done us a favour by stating he want electricity supply of the UK to be net zero by 2030 (I do not think it's possible).
IMO what generally happens then is that the Conservatives then take some of the plan, rebadge and set them going as if they had developed them.

The Comms from the start from P Reid has been very poor from an initial push by him stating what was going to happen.

With regards to RB. We should have heard about this as this was due 2022. Not heard much.

With regards to the energy park. This is at the moment the cash area to help tidal.

Sub-coal is an even bigger bridging potential if SAE can get this right and get buy in with an initial project.

Meygen will require SAE to to have the resources and backing to make this a success.

So just to recap.
+RB need more info
+Energy Park. More projects
+Sub coal. Need a pilot project
Then there maybe other projects that we are unaware of....

The potential issue with RB is that little has been said for a very long time which would likely be because SAE may not be the chosen suitor for other works.

We have to be critical and factual.
Yes Meygen will be a leading project of that there is no doubt but and this is where we needs Comms from the company as investors they cannot hide behind other supposed project or areas they want to do projects in such as sub coal.

They must either get sub coal up and running with a site or investors or ditch it.

If there is work going on behind the scenes then this is not being felt at the moment with the lack of social media Comms.
Prior to the CFD the Comms on Twitter and so on were coming.
Before and during Glasgow summit the same.
Now it's quiet.
We need the same Comms and drum banging very loud for tidal etc and potential suitors in order to be what the branding slogan says...
