Having gone back through all Comms and BB I would like to convey the following now based upon the current unknown scenarios where SAE did not give factual information to its shareholders.
Last Friday.
Comms on Twitter that basically stated SAE will never build any turbines again and the AR Fleet built by ATES now under new management for an unknown cost and more importantly basic info about the safeguards to SAE from the newly formed Limited company of Proteus.
Now you could sit on the fence with little legal knowledge and think we'll if they are stating they don't need to inform shareholders going by what is or isn't in the small print if aim rules then there is another thing just to ponder.
What is SAE now?
What assets do they have?
Then look at monies raised in the past.
Where has this gone?
After the unknown sale info regarding Proteus where does this leave the balance sheet with regards to debt?
What is the actual timeline and plan for Meygen 2.
Yes they may have sold us down the river, we think.
But what will they be executing going forward?
Is it just Meygen 2.
We know that will go to 2025 and a little beyond as that is the nature of projects but what then does the entity if SAE do?
If they go into for example something that got me into the shares, which was power station conversion....
Then what role will they play?
With regards to Uskmouth..
Again after basically clearing redundant equipment to add containers for other BESS unit for energy to the grid, then what.
My concern is that basically we are consultants for energy projects and although at face value this sounds good...
The risk for longevity of such a company must be at risk based upon it offering little in the way of processes.
Yes I take the other view and argument that will be communicated..
Lower costs via little or no Manning but the more we look, chat and review where we are the more I keep asking myself is..
What am I now actually invested in?
What are the objectives of the company.
Quick question.
Apart from.AR Fleet that we no longer own or have PI what have we created or succeeded in doing over the last 3 years???
