In times where high frequency trading is a thing, it's not just illusory to think one can beat today's price efficiencies like this, it's plain stupid. If there was a pattern for you to detect, then there's an algorithm which can do this a billion times faster and better than any trader which is the reason why most transactions are done by bots. Next thing he's going to tell us that a machine couldn't do his job better because it's an art or what's his excuse for doing something like this manually instead of using an automated, statistical approach (be my guest [1|)? Maybe he's not that much smarter than he thinks he is? He could be so much richer if he applied his knowledge through automation to all stocks in the world and pick the ones with potential or am I over-simplifying things too much here

Then tries to convince many that he actually is doing the charts when they are actually pre-populated.

Posts about facts (not really) but uses words on many occasions saying it is a gamble.
Then actually tries to pull posters like RAH to bits in the most unconvincing way ever

What he and some others should really take on board is that a lot of the perception and assumptions on this board are just that and not fact.

Incidentally I've successfully traded 5 GAPS on HZM over the last 4-5 years - everyone of them has closed - except the current one at 60p. My trades were posted on this forum and as always there was the flock of 'head in the sand' amateurs quoting the same rubbish - "charts don't work" They are the ones that account for the statistic that 90% of private investors lose money. Most of you won't ever admit it because you are in denial - but it's true - just do some analysis of your trades and then be honest to yourselves.

The 10% that make money from the stock market will nearly all be long term chartists.
