Given no Comms since last Friday I have to assume that the SAE BID do not give a toss about this company or investors.

The lack of info is very very concerning and to be fair it would not surprise me if they have thrown the towel in.
No news or info from Graham Silent Reid. IMO a silent CEO.

Since he joined the company he has done for investor frig all.

SAE remains committed to Tidal, but in the development, not the technology space.

The CEO of DAE imo opinion has to date unless an RNS stating 8 turbines will deploy next week, BESS another 10 repeated projects and subcoal fuel pellet 5 global projects then he is a failure or in his capacity as a CEO will not communicate.

He promised so much and has delivered very little.
Yes the upside maybe MEYGEN but investors have been led a merry dance on what is their objectives.

Have these changed?
It is not excusable to say it's below the threshold of figure when it is a defining change in what the company was aspiring to do.

I am still at a loss as to why there is more info in the Proteus website than SAE.

Prior to 21st of October it was approx £10.4m
SP was 1.45 now 1.20 so knocking of the door of. 20% drop.
What is going to stop this based on what has been discussed just on here?

From my telephone conversation it was all about rapidly progressing Meygen based on the 28mw array in Phase 2.
Then onto the big project if 364 mw that IMO is 180 turbines AR2000
242 for AR1500
And so on...

My issue or rather query really relates to what SAE become.

If they are energy and provide the grid connection etc then obs this is a no brainer.

I just cannot see at moment what the end goal is and more importantly if this for arguments sake was a very good move then more information should have been disclosed.

To many shareholder the twitter comms was a defo negative in the content.

The ATES deal allows them to deliver Meygen2 for 28mw with a further 364mw available to SAE.
SAE gain income for the energy conversion.
Therefore I am now trying to understand how SAE can become world leader in renewables based on that logic. Their website does not show that. Furthermore the fact that they are just now involved with Meygen beggars the question where will they go after that as an energy provider?

I am now confused in where SAE is going as it is apparent that what they were and where they are going is not the same.

There is a lack of coherent information. This is in relation to the announced on Twitter about ATES.

It IMO is not understood by them that under direction from Arden ref comms that the 21 st info could have the effect of an SP drop of circa 20%

Therefore they have mis-judged yet again the shareholders who by the way they state they are trying to protect.

Unless I have completely misunderstood what I have been told SAE will no longer at anytime produce tidal turbines. They are focussed on 3 areas.

SAE from what I have just realized will buy either AR units or other as required for the Meygen2 project.
Emphasis is turbines in water.

After contacting SAE it was explained that they did not need an RNS as it did not trigger or go above the trigger points / figures.

Something had to change ref finances for the 2nd and 3rd phase of Meygen.

Phase 2 -28 mw.
This equates up to 19 turbines
I think most on this board were aware that for phase 2 we are talking £150M plus.

For phase 3
Anyone's guess but let's say 150 turbines.
That is an absolute massive piece of support for financing.

So if we are wrong in our assumptions then this may actually be very beneficial...

Let's just get something straight and I will state this so YOU understand. Tidal was not why I initially invested as although it is the best renewable technology to crack into it is also one that requires very deep pockets.

I got involved because of Usk.
I see energy generation via tidal, conversion projects and BESS type projects.

The narrative has changed. As of yet we do not know the detail and quite correctly including myself this is a concern. However we do not know the facts and details as of yet.

We should find out more I expect at 7am Monday.

I am not saying that your assumptions are wild or incorrect but we do not know.

You have not been listening over the past 3 months when I have been added to the BB with my views about the costs to get just Meygen done into 2025.
This includes building and manufacturing turbines.
Even best case every turbine from build to operation is approx £10m x14-19 = lots of cost.
So back to basics in your world.
Where is that capital coming from based on a company that has been losing money and as also tried to address this.

Answer. It does not have the support or finances.

Again we wait until we get all the facts in the right manner then people can vote with selling or buying.

I am sure over the last months you have berated me as deramper or similar because I have been asking for facts.
