lancebombadier,
Yes, I am in MNP since the beginning of the week.
You must have been in for about fifty years, rather wonderful in its way.
MArtinCole
When to get out?
It is a punt.
If you believe that the Sareums products are now set to have a bright future, then what is the point of selling out?
What you could do is start taking a little money off the table so that you end up with a free shareholding.
This is the first time since January 2006 that I can remember being in profit and with realistic possibilities for future growth.
If the sp holds up, congratulations to all those shareholders who, as stale bulls, have stuck with their investment through thick and thin, it has been a fairly horrible ride. Surely there must even be quite a lot of shareholders who bought in even before me, that is during the last century.
The trouble is that I am a first adopter.
It started with a business that invented a brilliant 3D camera, it did not work out
It then went on with a true pioneer in optical fiber, sadly a quarter of a century before his time.
The next madness on my part was an investment in a then highly regarded uranium business, sadly they have fallen 99.99%
There have been a few others.
However, Zoom is coming along rather well, this in line with some of the other oddities.
Perhaps it is true, a stockbroker is a person who will invest your money until there is nothing left.
GLA with this one, it is not looking particularly promising, yet one never knows.
radar,
Please, please, please may Scotland go independent, it will be a tremendous relief if that is what they really wish.
The amount of subsidy money that England would save is billions upon billions.
Let's face it, there is not a huge amount above the border other than a lot of somewhat cross Celtic people and a huge amount of whisky.
If the Celts feel that they can get a better deal elsewhere, please Mrs. S. just go for it, if you manage to bring this about, then I will send you a bottle of English whisky.
lol!
If we can get the Scots out of our lives as well as the EU.
Seems to me that so far the people who have made the most money are the lawyers and those who have engineered this convoluted deal.
The good news is that the directors are also buying in.
Soup,
I much agree with your assessment and thank you for it.
Despite Silverpixels 'real news' hopes of a quick glamour deal, there may not be one for a few months, the really big news is that Blackwell has put the company together again after it falling into a pretty lousy situation. Who on earth wants to do a serious money deal with a business that appears to be in some sort of transition. I am not expecting any near-term 'real news', it may all take a little longer than one hopes. June/July perhaps?
Well done Mr. Blackwell!
You have, through your interesting new appointments to the Board, put together a credible team and in so doing breathed life into the business
For the first time in ages, I feel that we now have a real possibility of a profitable future.
I last bought these at 75 pence, they haven't done very well.
Now that we have different management and the shares are at a price that now needs a magnifying glass to see, I bought a million or so.
Maybe the copper price will hold up and the share price will get closer to a penny, whatever, it's a punt to try to get a little money back again. Fingers crossed and GLA.
HALE,
Please this seems so unfair on your mum-in-law.
If 'she's not in best condition' anyway, please can you not get her out of there?
Very best wishes to you and your family.
Soup,
Please did Dan happen to mention which year he had in mind?
Sir,
As matters stand, please do we actually have anything whatsoever of any great medical relevance?
If we do have something that potentially will be life-enhancing for hundreds of thousands of people then just when are you going to get it out into the public domain?
We all very much look forward to some sort of response from you, we really need to know just where we now stand.
With many thanks.
All the very best of wishes.
chablard,
Please, have you worked out how long we now have left given our present 'burn rate'?
Many thanks.
It would seem that since the beginning of August this business has taken over as a market leader.
If this is indeed the case then the next results should be spectacular and I would hope that the sp would soon achieve more than $1000 and then do a split.
Pie in the sky?
I do not think so.
Zoom is in my view a far more interesting business than Tesla who at one point, following a huge rise, split, then the sp almost doubled again.
Whatever happens, it will be interesting.
This is beginning to look more promising.
Perhaps the spate of acquisitions is beginning to attract attention.
Thanks petebo,
Re-read it all yet again as per your suggestion.
I wish I hadn't, it seems worse than before.
if you are particularly 'hopped-up' on this business then please buy me out at 10p a share?
Thanks again.
Thanks, lofas. Just what exactly do you mean?
Having read the RNS it would appear that I am now locked into a sunset business until sometime in November.
We even have people here saying that this is now a billion-pound operation.
If anyone believes this, please will they buy my shares @ 10p? - it must make sense.
Thanks.
When do we get the share quote back again?
If, as alleged below we are about to be saddled with USD44M in debt, how are we going to be able to pay it off, and in how long?
Is MVR planning on an US quote, if they are there will have to be a stock consolidation? Nowadays on most N. American markets, there is a minimum stock price, can't at the moment remember if it is a dollar or fifty cents?
Why is it taking until November to put this deal to bed?
Perhaps someone here knows the answers to some of these immediate questions.
As to whether this is a truly beneficial deal for MVR, goodness knows.
Thanks.
