arsenal58,
Sorry, you lost me!
The shares went up today, not down!
Your price point is 110.
This for me is a little low.
My reasoning is that there is a huge difference between the value of a share quoted in Britain as opposed to a stock quoted in the US.
You may wish to read the latest issue of the Economist which rather looks into the matter.
If 'our' management decided to quit Britain and have its main quote in USD and on NASDAQ, it is not beyond the bounds of reason to see the current share price at around $5.00.
G.L.A.
Perhaps other posters have had a rapid Covid test.
I had one of these yesterday, I stood under an umbrella in the pouring rain for five minutes, whereupon the guy who did the test gave me the thumbs up.
An accompanying friend had a 'report back to you in four hours' permission to fly test.
Along with a fellow shareholder I bought a box of Avacta AffiDX 25x Sars-Cov-2 Antigen Lateral Flow Tests, it was very difficult to obtain and not by any means cheap.
If my understanding is correct, Avacta has so far been unable to persuade the Government to ditch the existing lateral flow test suppliers and switch to AffiDX. Would this be on the basis of cost, or is it for some other yet undisclosed reason? We need to be told!

Forgive me, I seem to have put it badly.
Today it appears that there were 316,487 shares that were sold, mostly at under 90p.
There were during the day just 28,415 shares bought at up to 96p.
The shares went up by 4.78%, despite a day's trading that in the main consisted of investors selling their stock.
Thus I ask why do posters think that the shares went up as opposed to down.
Of course, there could be a market maker who is trying to put together a line of stock with an eye to a bit of a Belluscura bull- run, that would make sense. Other suggestions, please. Thanks.
theboyg,
With respect, I think that your October 2022 may be a little low and also that in two years' time the sp should be closer to £6.00.
We appear to have a stand-out product, it has attributes that our competitors lack, the market is huge, the FDA has smiled and our main dangers are being bought out too soon or someone producing something better.
GLA.
NASDAQ doesn't do 'penny stocks'.
There is a minimum share price, perhaps a dollar and change - I can't remember exactly.
It means that there will have to be a stock consolidation to get the price up so as to qualify for a listing.

Thank you for your reply,
Why would TEK want to sell its BELL anyway, it makes no sense to do this when there is probably another couple of pounds left in the s.p.
All those British Investment Trusts who have made fortunes out of US new technology have not done so by selling out the moment when they are a bit ahead.
Please may we have more confidence in ourselves?

'....Tek should have a larger Mkt cap than BELL........'
Perhaps if the management had invested elsewhere this would be the case, however, they didn't.
Rather than starting to pay special dividends, surely it would be better if Tek keeps on researching and investing.
Meanwhile, congratulations to the TEK management who appear to have found a share that has a good chance of being a
multi-bagger.
Thank you very much for laying the whole matter out.
By collecting everything together it is most helpful.
One important 'take-away' is in your posting from yesterday at 14.55, second to last paragraph, where it warns that in the event of a production failure the shares would then be of little value.
Please why should there be a production failure?
Surely, such a production failure cannot be because the machine does not work, can it?
With thanks again, all best wishes.
It is interesting that you have now sold at around £3.10 having endured various ups and downs over the last few years.
I have this morning acquired a small line of stock at today's low and as of this moment of posting, I am ahead that is after all expenses. We will see.
It is going to be most interesting to read the Zoom announcement and to try to work out which way the business is now heading over the longer term.
Has this unicorn lost its horn or is it actually just being itself and still charging forward?
