sharesol,
I think that your other half has good sense.
I sold half my holding a few weeks ago at a slight loss, even so, today has been painful, though not quite as painful as it has been for a friend who 'bet the farm' on this 'dead cert' and is now stuck with an huge loss on just over 400/- shares.
As matters appear, the business has plenty of money, there are also other interests as well as the N. American trials.
We may not get all our money back in the near term, but we may well come good in the medium term. GLA.
Br3xiUK,
I think that you are probably correct.
I have sold half my holding with a view to buying it back a little cheaper.
There is no doubt in my mind that this company provides equipment that will be pure mercy to the large number of people who today are having to drag around heavy oxygen tanks whenever they go out.
My share sale is a pure punt, it will be interesting to see how/if it works out.
Stevieboro, beinthelead, As written below, I'm quite fascinated by this share. I only post here because I keep on thinking about re-investing and cannot decide. My interest in this or any other board is purely to do with the making of money. Being somewhat Calvinistic, I take personal wealth issues seriously. Meanwhile, g.l.a.
Mr Ripley,
It is very nice to know of another person who drinks Paddy. It is quite hard to find it being sold bricks 'n' mortar here in Britain.
Meanwhile, I am utterly fascinated by Avacta having sold them well north of £2. There has been so much interest in it, yet it seems to get knocked down at every turn.
Traders must be making a fortune out of it.
Please what in your opinion has gone wrong?
Thanks.
Today, 179,065 shares were traded and the shares fell 3.50 pence to 113.00 - 120.00
At 13:30:02 there was a trade of 152,800 shares @122.50.
It appears to be an instance of late reporting, this sometimes happens. Why is this?
Newuncle,
My difficulty is that when I lose confidence in the story then I have little option but to walk.
DVRG may well happen, however it seems that I am no longer up for this particular ride.
Hopefully, DVRG will go to over £3.00 and everyone will be happy and feel totally invincible!
Good luck all.
Have taken the hit and sold. Good luck all.
Giraffe4444,
"Can't believe we are still waiting for results...."
My suspicious mind is beginning to wonder just what is going on.
Do you think that it is possible that on the back of really good news that the directors may be thinking in terms of a rights issue, or some other sort of fundraising? The paperwork involved in any money-raising operation is fairly complex and takes time - hence the delay to the promised announcement?
rivaldo,
Up 25% at the moment, 2.10 - 2.15.
theboyg,
By this time next year I was thinking of a price closer to £4.
It all depends upon the promised announcement as well as the 'outlook' statement.
Have we been adversely hit by Covid staff shortages, just what is our manufacturing capacity and what is the real US demand?
GLA.
McGurk,
Along with another shareholder, we bought a box and split it.
It was very difficult getting hold of this product and also it was mega expensive.
I was about to start using these tests, now I do not see the point if it really is that inaccurate.
Meanwhile, I am glad that I got out of this share some months ago, the question now is whether to get in again - and if yes, when?
Jatw,
Cristal? No thanks!
Bollinger VVF is just so very much better.
