I have recently discovered that I still have 50/- warrants left that were in another account that I had forgotten about, it hardly seems worth while selling £750 worth that cost nothing, so I am still in with a token, not my original plan at all. Meanwhile you are probably right, the ordinary s.p. would have to increase by more than 50% to make it worth while exercising. From what we know it all seems a little unlikely to me, but there again, anything but anything is possible when it comes to the stockmarket.

substp, the future is now. I am out since I had eight times my money having bought the warrants just before Christmas. Shares like RXP and SLV seemed to have more upside, this is now proven. I think that HCEG will work out in the future and I hope to catch it again just before it does. Many thanks for all your footprints, the job you do and your focused diligence is simply amazing, how you manage it I still beyond my understanding! Meanwhile I look forward to our 'meeting' at another stage.

sucker, your advice is good but not the whole story. Surely you should look at everything from every source before making up one's own mind as whether or not to buy. If you just rely on brokers for advice then please can you tell me how come if they are that good mostly they are mere employees, should they not be running their own portfolios from their beach houses? Ever since he said it the words of Woody Allen have stuck in my mind - A stockbroker is a person who invests your money until there is nothing left.

Giveusaclue, as a matter of interest please will you say how much did you had to pay? My own holding is in the warrants only for which I had to pay about a fifth of a penny the week before last Christmas.

Has someone tipped HCEG or is it that some private client broker has taken a view and is shoving in small investors ahead of the results? So far today it has mostly been one way business and the present offer is back up to 5p again.

Why is this site so slow in putting up news stories? The RNS has been out for some time now yet it hasn't appeared here. To be fair though they have managed to note the fact that the share price is up over 10% - that is something I suppose!

BIG NEWS TODAY. Please go to London Stock Exchange site to save having to regurgitate it all here. One of the most interesting aspects is that the people who have been using the technology all along are now going to have to pay back royalties. Perhaps at last this company is turning the corner towards profitability, a few years ago it was heavily favoured by punters and it seemed that it could do no wrong, then it fell from grace now it seems that it is reviving. We will see.

GedW, seems your judgement was spot on, they are up again this morning. Didn't think you did 'suits', I remember your comments about my attendance at the SAR meeting.
